Good source of k2 and d3, which helps your body absorb magnesium. I would recommend getting a flavor because the unflavored is pretty oily tasting, I just drop it under my tongue and sometimes it leaves an oily aftertaste. Works great though and they have flavored options!

Im deficient in vitamin D and also have acne so vitamin K and the omegas were such a plus for me. I got the mocha flavor and it kind of smells like mocha but it tastes just like oil which is a bit hard to get down but ill always prefer liquid supplementation over pills because of how much more quickly and effectively it gets into your system. Ill give an update each week for the rest of the month on if ive seen improvement. So far so good i think the brand is really high quality and i love that its organic.

I add this to my coffee each morning, it’s supposed to be unflavored but I do taste something and it’s not real pleasant, adding to coffee helps mask it

My absolute favorite brand of D3/K2 drops went out of stock… apparently forever, so I replaced them with this version from Nusava and think it is almost as good.
The 4 pack is the cheapest organic D3/K drops per ounce that I could find, and at 20 drops/1 ml a day, one bottle really does last a month. You can also reuse the glass bottles for other things.
The dropper is high quality: it is made of glass (like the bottle), has measurement marks, draws out a “full” tube (even when the bottle liquid level gets very low), and the rubber tip is sturdy but pliable.
The taste is not great (reminds me of cod liver oil), but that is to be expected and is easy to get rid of if you drink or eat something afterwards. It has a mildly rancid smell that is barely noticeable (but it is not actually rancid).
After using this I notice improved muscle strength and healthier looking skin after just a few days (but slightly less than I got with the brand that is no longer for sale). I don’t know how else to judge the quality/whether it is actually working in all the ways it is supposed to
I am a repeat buyer of this brand (I was buying the 2-pack until I found the 4-pacK), and would highly recommend it.

Love this Vitamin D3 and K. Easy on my stomach, no side effects ( bloating, burning, etc.). Easy to take, and measure. No aftertaste. Effective, after 2-3 weeks I feel and see the difference in my level of energy and overall health. Don’t get sick that often.

I don’t know how much it helped as i had not tested my vitamin D3 level. However, my mood swings started stabilizing and I feel energetic..maybe because of the regained vitamin D3 level. Although, i wish they come up with 10000 IU instead.
