Usually I take magnesium in pill form, or more recently, gummies, but I decided to give drops a try. These seem to work just as well, with a pleasant strawberry flavor. Simply take the measured amount and feel how quickly it begins working.
I mainly use this to relax after workouts, as I think magnesium is better at relaxing muscles overall.
This is great for anyone who doesn’t like taking pills, or wants a faster acting solution.
My only gripe was that my packaging was destroyed on arrival.

Overall, this is a pretty good product. I liked the flavor, very reminiscent strawberry syrup. I gravitated towards this for the magnesium and zinc content, and it contains a lot of other vitamins without a vitaminy taste. It doesn’t specify which b12 is used on the label. I feel alright taking these, no side effects. My only complaint is that the indication lines on the tube (black) came off! I had only used it twice and the blank ink that tells you the numbers washed away and mixed in with the vitamins. I would take a picture but now it’s all blank. I really hope the ink was edible.

Taking the liquid form of magnesium seems to benefit me greatly. Though EVERYONE is different. For me, having it absorb without needing to dissolve in the digestive tract is exceptionally good for my digestive system compared to pills.
I also like that it has 3 forms of magnesium.

I got 2 different brands of these to compare them. I prefer this one over the other one. This one is $2 more for the same amount. But the dropper works much better, and the effects are more noticeable, so to me, the $2 difference is worth it.
So I’ve been taking these nightly after working out. I put it directly under my tongue and leave it there for a minute. It tastes great and is easy to take directly without mixing. I’ve been on a workout regimen, and I noticed I was getting cramps in my legs at night. After about a week of taking this, the cramps have decreased for me. Overall, my body just feels better. I have also noticed it has helped keep my bathroom visits regularly. I’m sure with any supplement, the longer you take it, the more benefits you notice. So only time will tell for added benefits. But so far, no weird side effects and the benefits have been great. Highly recommend!
