These lutein gummy supplements genuinely taste good. Very pleasant blueberry flavor. They are very solid and firm, surprisingly so. I thought at first they were like this because they were sitting in my mailbox for a while in sub-freezing temperatures, but no, they are just really thick and chewy. The ingredient list is an impressive catalog of beneficial vitamins and herbs. I really appreciate there are no artificial or sugar alcohol sweeteners in this. Cost is a bit higher than comparable pills, but that is to be expected for the fun and convenience of the gummy format. Adding these to my “snack drawer” at work–better to have a couple of these in the afternoon than grabbing for chips or cookies.

I just started taking these gummies with Lutein and Zeaxanthin and while they are for maintenance and hopefully to help my eyesight, I know I need to wait for a bit to see (pardon the pun) or feel the difference. For right now I am going to say that these gummies are very tasty and so easy to take. I am a bit of a coward when it comes to swallowing pills so whenever I can take any medication or vitamin supplement via an alternate way, I am all for it. In come these gummies and like I stated before they are very easy to take not only because they are gummies and all you need to do is chew but also because the flavor is quite pleasant. I don’t have any children but if I did. especially little ones, I would make to keep them WAY up high and out of reach from them because they can be confused for candy if you don’t know that they are not.

This lutein gummy contains quite a few other essential vitamins and minerals, so if you do not regularly take a multi vitamin, you should be ok. If you take a high dose multi, you may want to check the total quantity of each vitamin you are ending up with if you take this in addition. I have been taking lutein to help with my eyesight and enjoy taking the gummy route rather than capsule. These taste good with a very strong berry flavor. Dosage is 2 gummies. Be careful, they tend to stick together and should be one gummy in a bear shape with a flat back. Most I have picked out of the jar are stuck with another and are two or three in a blob. Easy to pick apart, just need to know what it should look like rather than taking two big blobs.

Most gummies I’ve tried marketed for the health benefits taste great. Taste of course is different for everyone. For me these were watered down, not really a good blueberry flavor.
The bottle does not specify whether the health benefits claimed (on the bottle) have been approved by the FDA.

This Zetelixia Lutein and Zeaxanthin gummies have a great flavor, not to sweet and contain additional vitamins and nutrients related to eye health such as Vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D3, and E; zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids. The 60 gummies in the bottle are enough for 30-day supplementation. Given the ingredients and concentrations I believe the price is very good. I like the fact that there are three safety seals on this bottle: exterior, plastic around the cap, and aluminum foil under it. These gummies are made in a GMP certified facility. I started taking lutein and zeaxanthin supplements a while ago because the long hours that I spend in front of a computer at my job started affecting my eyesight. I believe these supplements help.

I find it difficult to review supplements since with so many, you might not see or feel the benefits, despite them being there and these Lutein gummies fall into that category. As I’ve gotten older I’ve truly come to appreciate my vision and am trying to support vision health through supplements like this. Gummies are such an easy way to add a supplement. These are tasty, with no aftertaste & no noted side effects. I can’t fault this product but because it works “behind the scenes” I’m giving this a 4-star review because I have to take it on faith that these are supporting good eye health.

These Lutein gummies have a really delicious blueberry flavor–not too sticky, but they are honestly some really tough gummies. I felt like my jaw was getting a workout just trying to chew these up. I’ve had some vision loss as a result of a car accident a couple of years ago (did you know that could happen? I didn’t…), so I’m hopeful that supplementing with Lutein & the other eye-healthy ingredients may be able to help me regain some lost ground. If they turn out to be a dud, I’ll come back & update my review. Recommended!
