They’re packed and sealed securely, and I especially appreciate that they’re vegan-friendly — many other gummies contain gelatin, which is typically derived from animals.
Each serving is two gummies, which means this container will last a full month. The sugar-free strawberry flavor is very pleasant, making them easy to take daily. Beyond iron, they include B12, other essential vitamins, and zinc. If you’re looking for convenient, plant-based supplement gummies, these are a great option!

I like that these gummies have no sugar added, and they’re chewy, but not too tough. But, I’ve had iron gummies with flavors I liked better. The taste isn’t bad, just not as strong or fresh as I would have liked.

If you have low iron, then you know what a pain it can be to manage it. Enter these gummies. They honestly taste great, leave zero residue or aftertaste in my mouth, they are easy to chew and swallow and have no discernable side-effects for my usage. Using these, I’ve been able to maintain my iron levels (measured every 2-3 days) perfectly for the period of usage.
If you are looking for a break from the normal iron pill and just want something effective – try these. They are great.

Good price for the amount of iron (works out to currently be about 30 servings for $15). They’re vegan which is a nice option. The gummies taste good as well. The texture is pleasant (not rubbery or plasticy) and it tastes sweet. Very easy to add to my routine. I do have anemia and I’m told to shoot for 300% with the iron and this hits that mark.

I battle anemia, so I’m always looking for a good iron supplement. Iron pills turn my stools black and upset my stomach. So I need to find a good gummy. This one works. It tastes like cherry lollipops, has no sugar and is sweetened by strawberry juice. I like that it has a good dose of B12 and Folate, because that combo supports iron absorption.
The iron content is higher than most other gummies, and I need that. I take three a day. The only thing I don’t like is that the gummies stick to my teeth. They’re chewable, but pieces stick to my teeth and I find myself sweeping my mouth with my tongue for a minute or two after chewing and swallowing them, till my whole mouth becomes clean again. A slight annoyance, and one that I can live with. I do feel more energetic, but I definitely need three gummies a day to get there.
There’s just one thing that bothers me. I can’t stop wondering if these are really manufactured in the USA. Nowhere on the bottle does it say, “FDA approved.” It does say, “Manufactured for Sijiwood in Corona, CA 91718 US,” but what does that mean? That Sijiwood has an office in Corona, CA? Or that the gummies are actually made in Corona, CA?
Two more things make me suspicious. First, how can something have no sugar content, if it is sweetened with strawberry juice? Strawberries have sugar content. And second, on Amazon, a lot of the marketing verbiage for this product is riddled with grammatical errors that are typical of translators who are not native speakers. EX: “Delicious and Chewies: Savors the pleasant taste.” I am sorry, but I am just wary of eating anything that has not been approved by the FDA.

SijiGood Iron gummies are what got me on a supplement gummy kick and they’re still my go-to. Unlike a lot of others, they usually don’t add sugar or a lot of artificial sweeteners that can cause GI distress. I can always count on them to be vegan, taste nice but not too sweet, and not be sticky – so, your fillings are safe! Plus, where else are you going to get 40 grams of iron per gummy?
