These gummies were stuck together so bad that I literally had to destroy the plastic bottle with a knife and pair of pliers to get them out, I finally got them out and pulled apart so I could put them in another container to store in my fridge. I don’t know yet if they will re-stick again but at least if they do I will be able to get to them to pull apart again.
In all fairness once I pulled them apart they taste great so I will use them up, but won’t reorder them again. I would not recommend these to anyone unless you have the ability to destroy the bottle to remove them, which is quite difficult.

I am on prescription pharmaceutical that impacts my ability to uptake calcium. I want to supplement the calcium intake to make sure I am getting plenty for my reduced capacity to use. You can see from my history that I am really moving around here on calcium supplements; this is about learning.
Calcium salt matters; even if I get my calcium through a carbonate salt I am unable to absorb it. This provides Calcium citrate as the source; the calcium salt that is easiest for me to absorb. Win here. But it isn’t just calcium either, you need Vitamin D to better absorb calcium, so I added vitamin D supplement to layer this on. This includes Vitamin D. Same with Vitamin K (Potassium), Magnesium, and a few other supporting actors. So where I have been taking multiple sources, I am going to switch to a single source for Calcium and supporting nutrients. Convenience matters…
As a gummy – extra bonus. I have difficulty with pills, again why I have prescription, and having a chewable also matters to me.
I will continue to use the others intermittently as I have them. However as a one-pill-daily, this has everything I am looking for in a single package.
Double sealed, GMP, production date stamped on bottom of bottle. I intend to take as a single gummy (dose identified as two [2] gummies) so have 120-day supply here.

First of gummies are the best way to get your supplements hands down. This particular one has a good taste to it, so its super easy to take. This is a targeted vitamin, so it is going to depend a lot on your individual needs if this one is good for you. I had no ill side effects and it seems to be doing it job. Overall if you need these specific vitamins then this could be a god option for you.

I originally selected these gummies to get some extra calcium and am delighted that they provide a multitude of healthy benefits. The recommended dose is 2 gummies a day and each serving includes calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, boron, vitamins D3, K2, B12, B6 and C, sea moss, Ashwagandha, L-Theanine and black pepper. The gummies are tasty and sweet. They taste nice and orangey and I think they are delicious. The texture is a great and these gummies are yummy and chewy. The gummies are holding up well on my counter and have not gotten stuck together.
The recommended serving size is 2 gummies a day, which makes this jar a 1-month supply. I know gummy supplements are more expensive than capsules, but the price for these is pretty great as it is a 2-month supply. These gummies are a quick and easy way to boost your health!

I thought these gummy‘s tasted good. If you’re looking for some extra vitamins in this might be a good idea. I’m trying to take more vitamins so that I can improve my health. Make sure to check with your doctor or other medical professional before taking these to ensure that these are the type of vitamins you should be taking. Overall, I thought they tasted good and we’re easy to take on a daily basis

I really like this gummy supplement. Between the calcium, magnesium, and zinc, (plus D3 and K2) it provides great support for muscles, bones, nerves, stress, and immunity — Wow. And these are all minerals that can often be in short supply in your normal diet so it’s nice to have a supplement to make up for any deficiency.
I really like the gummy form for vitamins and minerals. Its easy to take if you have issues with swallowing large capsules or pills. These are tasty gummies and its a 30 day supply with a total of 60 gummies (2 per day).
Bottle came well sealed (safe) and has child safety cap (critical if you have kids around who can see these tasty gummies as candy).

I have low vit d and this has elevated it to a proper level after I got the blood tests done. Vit d makes me tired sometimes as a supplemnt but this stuff is good
