I cannot attest to the quality of ingredients in this product, even though I’ve been taking it for a month, because of the way supplements subtly (but often powerfully) impact the body. However, I can say the capsules are easy to take with liquid, and they have no flavor. There might be a faint odor but I can’t put my finger on what that is, and no one else in the house has noticed it. The bottle was sealed internally and externally to indicate no tampering occurred since bottling. This is a 2-month supply if you follow the dosing recommendations on the bottle, and at just under $29, it puts this in a slightly more expensive category than the competition.

If you are reading these reviews you most likely know what NAC can do for you. It is an amino acid which is needed to help maintain normal function in the body. Some of these the body can make itself and some can only be made through the food you eat or drink or with supplements like these. That’s why it’s important to know more about the brand, for example who are they, where are they and what is their ‘why’? You also need to know what kind of quality that brand offers and more details about the actual product. I found minimum information about 1MD. I learned that they use non GMO ingredients and that the ingredients are ‘tested’ at the suppliers’. Their formulations and ingredients are science baked. Their manufacturing facility is compliant with GMP and Usa based. 1MD lists several Doctors who I assume they consult with. These things are important to help you learn if the brand is trust-worthy. After all this, I am still not quite sure who the “we” is. I wish there was a little more transparency.
The dosage suggested is 1 a day. That comes out to be an excellent value. This NAC has basically 1 simple ingredient plus the capsule. I had no trouble swallowing them and I did not have any digestive issues with these. I finished the bottle of 60 capsules of NAC. I had no health issues but I am always looking for quality supplements especially focused on anti-aging. After the quick research I did, I feel this is a good quality supplement and something you should take long term for the best benefit.

I’ve been taking NAC for glutathione support as I’ve gotten older, since it’s a powerful antioxidant. This product is made in the USA and helps to maintain overall health at the cellular level. Other benefits are that you only have to take 1 capsule for a serving, and you get a 60 day supply for under $30.

The 1MD Nutrition NAC supplement comes with a supply of 60 capsules with a recommended dosage of 1 per day. Some NAC supplements recommend two per day but if following these directions, this product will last two months. Each capsule has 600mg of NAC which is a standard dose. I like the look of the bottle adn the silver lid. The product has a mild smell typical of NAC supplements but not as strong as some that I have smelled. The capsules are about medium size for a capsule and could potentially be opened and the powder placed into a drink for easier consumption. The price is good for this product and I have had no ill effects from taking it.

With a daily dose of one 600mg capsule, this 60-capsule bottle should last two months. That’s a standard amount of NAC and a good value for the price. Overall, I like it

I ordered this 1MD Nutrition NAC Supplement for my husband. I am hoping it will help with his tinnitus. He said that he has not had any problems taking the capsules. He has not noticed any digestive or intestinal problems so far. I know it will take a while to be able to tell if it has helped him, but we have our fingers crossed. I appreciate that this is manufactured in the US. If this helps with his ears, the price is definitely worth it. This one bottle should last him two months.

I have taken a full supply of these without much results to report either one way or the other. I prefer Mullin drops. So I’ll be going back to that form. These are made in the USA which provides a level of security in my mind.

This NAC supplement is made in Irvine, California. I prefer health products made in the US. Not because they are naturally superior but because companies can be brought to court if they mislead the public. However that said, this particular NAC product from 1 MD Nutrition has not yet been NSF, USP, or GMP certified.
Perhaps in the future they will be able to earn those certifications. So one star off for that. I can add one back once they become certified.
I really want to like these NAC tablets. From the latest research, NAC is one of the better antioxidants that one can get. But for some reason, my body felt worse after taking these. I gave them a full 4 week course. I stopped taking them after that time. I am not sure whether my body was reacting to the other substances that were in this product or not. It just did not suit me personally. It may have a different effect for you.
