I am writing this review in hopes that it helps someone who was struggling like myself. For most of my adult life (I am in my late 50’s) I have struggled with chronic constipation. You name it, I’ve done it or taken it trying to relieve the problem and become “regular”. Nothing has really worked. I was almost at the point of going to my doctor and getting on some type of pharmaceutical treatment for the condition when I stumbled across this product. I’ve wasted so much money in the past, but I decided to try yet one more fix. This one works! I am no longer chronically constipated, in fact, I am going every single day! That may not seem like a lot to most people, but for someone who was used to going only every 3 days or so it is a miracle. I no longer feel bloated and heavy. This was truly a Godsend and I am so happy I found it.

I bought this because it received good reviews even though it was pricey. About 2 weeks after taking it I noticed my hair starting to fall out more in the shower. I assumed it was because it was time for a haircut. My stylist even noticed a change from the last time I saw her. She said my hair wasn’t as thick as it was last time. After going back to see what I had changed, I thought about the probiotic and started doing research. This probiotic contains bacteria that stops the production of biotin that your body naturally produces. I threw the rest of the bottle in the trash. I’ll see how my hair does.

It’s been a week since I started taking this probiotic and I have to say it’s been doing wonders for me! I no longer have stomachaches and gas pains and am now regulated with going to the bathroom. I also noticed that I am no longer feeling bloated and weighed down and it definitely gave me a boost on my run today!

I wish this product wasn’t so expensive, however I bought this product because I was having feminine issues and I had ruled out what I thought the issues were for me and nothing, I tried several things to solve my issue and nothing worked except this product. However I feel this is a temporary fix as my issue keeps coming back. When I took this product tho it seemed like I had results within a week.

I have been taking these probiotics for two weeks now and they seem to be doing as they claim. My initial reason for purchasing this product was because my gut was all out of whack. Constipation one day, and the opposite the next, upset tummy after eating, bloating and gas…all of the above. After about a week, I did not notice much difference other than the gas and bloating had decreased. At the start of week two some discomfort set in – constipation and uncomfortable bloating (similar to PMS symptoms for ladies). I did a little research and found that this is common and occurs because your body is getting used to the new bacteria. I found that a glass of milk in the morning soothed these symptoms and within a few days they were gone completely. Now, I feel great!! Food does not upset my stomach every time I eat, I am not bloated, and I actually don’t have the hunger feeling as often. I do want to mention that this pill has an awful taste/smell. It’s a medium sized capsule but it almost gags me each day because of the taste/smell. Still, I would recommend giving this product a try!
