Glutathione (GSH), an antioxidant naturally produced by the liver and central nervous system, is purported to help metabolize toxins, break down free radicals, support immune function, and more.
There is no proof by study but Liposomal Glutathione is considered by many naturalist healers to do the following (excerpts from Very Well Health website:
Cystic Fibrosis
Studies have suggested that inhaled or oral glutathione may help improve lung function and nutritional status in people with cystic fibrosis.45
Chemotherapy Side Effects
A systematic review evaluated studies looking at antioxidants’ effects on chemotherapy-related toxicities. Eleven of the studies analyzed included glutathione supplementation.
Intravenous (IV) glutathione may be used in conjunction with chemotherapy to lessen the toxic effects of chemotherapy. In some cases, it may make it more likely that the chemotherapy regimen can be completed.6 More research is still needed.
Parkinson’s Disease
In one study, IV glutathione (600 milligrams twice daily for 30 days) significantly improved symptoms associated with previously untreated Parkinson’s disease. However, the study was small, only consisting of nine patients.
As with most supplements, you should always consult your Dr. before just in case you find anything you take may interfere with your prescribed medicine.

These have many claims, which I can’t really address yet, but the flavor is good. As it says on the label, “glutathione gummies require consistent daily use for noticeable effects.” So I’ll give it a month or so and report back.

I was looking for a pleasant tasting alternative to a capsule or liquid glutathione and was excited to try these. The gummies not only include liposomal glutathione but also Vitamin C, Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA), NAC, and Milk Thistle, a great combination of ingredients that have been proven to support strong hair, clear skin and a healthy immune system, and anti-aging. They have a great, mild blueberry flavor and have a pleasant texture, so much better than capsules and tinctures I have tried over the years. These are also reasonably priced and don’t have added sugars (they are sweetened with Stevia). Great all-around glutathione supplement!
