My hope is not based on air, but on a experience with silicone nipple covers. Both this product and those are silicone. I started using the nipple covers in Dec./2023. I had a double lumpectomy done more than three decades ago with the surgical incision around the areola edges. I happened to look down a month or so ago and was shocked to see the smaller of the scars was completely *gone* and the larger scar visibly diminished and heading toward gone…it has continued to decrease in visibility.
So, I have high hopes for this product. High, high hopes. It does take time though, this isn’t magic (well, after several decades it is to me). You get four decolletage shaped sheets but they are reusable – the nipple covers get at LEAST thirty uses before they start to lose their sticky.
Make sure you put it on clean skin – no lotion and then just sleep with it on. It’s comfortable, quite a few times I’ve fallen asleep with the nipple covers on because you literally forget you’re wearing them – same with these. In the morning, peel it off, wash it with gentle soap and water then let it air dry and it will be good to go that night.
Good price on these, too.

I like that these patches are cruelty free, sls and bpa free, and hypoallergenic. The patches themselves are really thick, and you get a variety of different sizes and shapes based on the different areas of your face. You have to go into this with appropriate expectations – it helps reduce lines because you are keeping the skin in place but it’s not going to work a miracle (that before/after photo is not realistic!!!). I primarily wanted these for the lines between my brows. However, I sleep with an eye mask, and I noticed the patch was gone in the morning. So these may not work the best for you if you sleep with other things on your face or move around a lot. I wish the pack came with more than one patch for that area so I could try again (I still haven’t found the missing one).

I followed the instructions on how to apply. Starting from washing the face with warm water etc. Totally dry face before installation. I didn’t use my night cream for fear that the patches will not stick. Gently put the pieces as as demonstrated. The patches fell off after 10 minutes. A total waste of money

I’m a side sleeper and as much as I try to sleep on my back i always gravitate to one side. The pesky lines I wake up with sometimes take hours to fade. I think this works somewhat decently for that issue. I try to put it on right before I go to sleep because it says not to leave on longer than like 8 or 9 hours. I don’t heavily moisturize the area and it sticks fine. One time I put some skin care and the pad over and it adhered just as well. The one time it didn’t stick was when the ac was struggling this summer and my chest got sweaty. A personal issue I have is that I rip it off while im half awake like 5 hours in and then go back to sleep for 2 more hours and that defeats the purpose a bit. It’s not that its uncomfortable I honestly forget its there if Im laying in bed reading before sleep but I guess half lucid me is like what the heck is this and yanks it off my chest. I wash it every morning and it dries pretty fast and I put the clear backing back on it put it back in the box. I estimate a single pad could last about 3 weeks depending on how gentle you are with it and how much you use it. I noticed my first one getting stretched out and starting to tear and am now on my second one and its been a month. I think this is good if you have an early event and don’t want sleep lines on your chest. I have no idea if this will prevent wrinkles maybe I will check back in 5 years and let you know.

These are the most sticky out of all of the chest pads I’ve tried. Even after washing them, they turn sticky again. Sometimes I have a hard time putting them down as I can’t get them to stop sticking to my fingers! Other brands I’ve tried indicated they last for a few weeks and I found they lasted for just a few days, even when I followed the directions. I thought I was doing something wrong! I’ve found this one lasts about 3 weeks per pad and through multiple washings. Although they are a little smaller, but I like the shape as it’s elongated to go into the cleavage.
