I take this two times a day for a period of 5 days every two to three months. Liposomal Fisetin is more effective than a traditional supplemens because it is better absorbed by the body. Liposomes are microscopic spheres made of phospholipids that protect nutrients from stomach acid, digestive enzymes, light, and cellular interactions which helps to increase the bioavailability of the Fisetin by up to 30 times. Knowing that I’m getting the most out of this supplement is why I’ll continue using it.
