These have worked great for us. They are very strong but nothing unbearable. I have had no accidents running to the rest room since they have not caused me to do so. They are very quick acting and effective at cleansing out your system. These are a great value and offer comfort and relief.

So I had a recent abdominal CT scan that showed I was pretty backed up throughout my colon. TMI but for those that can relate and are struggling to get a handle on their bodily functions, this could shed some insight. Anyhow, I got these capsules and thought they could help. Overall these have good value and the ingredients are all natural. My husband was pretty concerned about me taking colon cleanse pills as he’s tried them in the past and had adverse side effects. The instructions say you can go up up to 2 capsules/day for up to 15 days. So I went on the conservative side and took 1 capsule/night for several days. It took my body to adapt to these pills after a few days, when I noticed some mild abdominal cramping during one afternoon/evening after day 3 and had a pretty soft but substantial movement. I can’t guarantee that you’ll get the exact same results, but do keep in mind to stick with a regimen/protocol when taking these (or any laxative) and keep an eye out for things, such as: your daily activity (get out for a daily walk whenever you can; the gentle physical activity helps), your electrolyte balance (staying well hydrated throughout the day, with at least one sports drink each day), keeping your nutrition up (it’s tempting to fast/restrict eating anything, but your body still needs fuel, plus high fiber foods are a bonus to your body). It also helps to be mindful of your schedule and that you’ve got quick, easy access to the bathroom anytime in a 24 hr timeframe that you are taking these. I also took time working on abdominal massage on my stomach at bedtime each night, to help encourage my bowels to loosen up. Overall, I think these pills are good to try – just make sure you are taking them mindfully and with a plan in place.

I have to say, I was a little afraid to try these after reading a bunch of the reviews. So many of them mention the extreme cramping you can experience while waiting for these to start clearing you out. And you definitely do experience cramping. I was also surprised about how many people talked about needing to exercise every day while taking this, but it all makes sense.
I followed everyone’s advice, taking it in the evening so it could work its way through my system overnight, made sure to drink plenty of water, and tried to do better about moving around during the day. The movement and extra water are great for your system anyways, so you’re just doing good things for your body. The stuff got my system moving and ready to go in the morning after I woke up. Actually, the feeling woke me up. It’s definitely not a feeling you want to ignore. The first couple of days I took this, I had to go a couple of times throughout the morning, but then I was fine for most of the rest of the day.
I didn’t take it for the full 15-day cleanse, I just took it a couple of days at a time when I felt I needed a clean out and that seems to be working ok for me. I was afraid of what I was going to do if I took it for the full 15 days.

My wife and I decided to try this cleanse together. We each took one dose. I had bowel movements but nothing urgent or significant. My wife had extremely urgent bowel movements, stomach cramping, and because of the intensity and frequency she experienced irritation to the point of some external bleeding. Like I said, these products affect everyone differently and you’re taking a chance whenever you use them. It’s impossible to know what will happen. Just do your research and make sure you are aware of possible issues like we experienced. I personally feel this product is a bit too powerful for an over the counter consumer.

I’ve used a few different cleansing supplements over the years, and this Mayfair Naturals 15 Day Cleanse worked really well for me, most days.
I started with one capsule, as I weigh less than 95 lbs. Took it an hour before bed, and it was very effective in the morning, about 13 hours after taking it. I had some minor discomfort, and urgency, but not too bad. The next few times I took it, I had mixed results. One day it didn’t work at all, some days it worked well, like the first day, and other days I spent most of the morning on the toilet, with cramping and urgency. Luckily, I don’t work outside the home, or it would’ve been a problem.
It has a great blend of natural ingredients, and I appreciate that it’s non-GMO, third party lab tested, and sourced from a GMP-certified facility.
Overall, this is a great natural cleansing supplement. It’s not something that I would take for 15 days in a row, as I feel it’s too harsh, but great for a few days at a time, when you need to clear things out.

This product works good as a laxative, but it’s questionable as a probiotic because what’s the point of taking good bacteria if it’s going to be almost immediately pooped out of the body? The whole point of taking good bacteria is to keep it inside your body! Also, I’m not sure if I can trust the company who made this product. This company’s address is their p.o box, which is a red flag for me They don’t have a phone number and no email address, and their website is under construction. Overall it’s a pretty questionable product which unfortunately I can’t recommend.

This is an easy review because the product works. The main ingredient here is senna, which has a laxative effect, and the other ingredients, psyllium husk, aloe, are also known to clean you out.
This is packaged in one sealed package with three individual, safety sealed bottle. The labels are clear and easy to read and very transparent, for example “made in the USA with global ingredients”.
If you need to clean out and reset your system this is a good option!
