OK I’m seriously giving these HOURGLASS fat burner capsules the old college try in spite of directions that call for a pill with each of four meals, and BTW do this early in the day to avoid insomnia. One capsule has 125mg of chromium, a metal with real appetite suppression, but it also can cause liver and/or kidney damage at high doses. Does 500mg a day qualify as excessive?
With my old organs and less than great kidneys, I dunno. So I thought I’d try 2 a day. Had one yesterday but didn’t notice much effect. Again this morning with a good non-breakfast meal. About an hour or more later my stomach was definitely queasy, and of course having green gills sure can be a hunger killer. That uneasiness was transitory. As I write this 3 hours later, I’ve no overwhelming urge to eat, yet could if I cared to.
So my ultimate question at this early point is: did the capsule do the trick or is my determination to shed some tonnage what’s causing a sudden disinterest in grazing? Time will tell; any possible updates may be forthcoming.

This product absolutely did not work for me. I wanted to lose a little bit of extra fat. 145lbs and wanted to go to at least 135lbs and I am in my 30s. I even changed my eating habits and hit the gym. I took it to give me a little extra help in losing weight department. Was bummed this one did not work for me.

Most capsules i can just empty in my mouth & take a drink, but there is something in this capsule that sticks to my mouth and throat making me cough. I can only imagine what that does in my gut. And its very expensive. I dont recommend

Do not buy this product. There is a reason it is not prescription strength or backed by any professional data… It does not work and the company offers no option to return any unused product if you are not satisfied. The computer bot that replied to my request for a refund even went so far as to suggest that I have some sort of underlying medical issue that would cause their product to produce unsatisfactory results or in my case- opposite results- of what was promised. You will do much better for yourself relying on prescribed medication or a healthy diet. This product is a hoax. If I could have given both the product and their customer service a zero- I would have.
