Brand new, opened up a sealed top and popped 2 of the gummies. Initial taste was good, but one of the gummies had a hard plastic like piece in it, that I couldnt even chew. I tried a couple more of them today and didnt have anything like that…. just nice soft consistent texture.

These have a pleasant raspberry taste and they have no added sugars and 12 calories. Even though they taste good, I mentally do not like taking 4 cubes per serving. I cannot tell if I have more energy because of taking these as there are other factors involved. The label states they are based in the USA but I cannot find where these are manufactured.

Using these to replace my powder. It seems to have the same effect, although I can’t guarantee it’s not placebo. It tastes amazing and I’m excited to take this before my workouts. Easy to chew and really is like candy to me. I think it’s worth a shot and I am looking forward to seeing results as I continue using them.

I tried a bit of it for taste. The taste is okay. As with any supplement, you can trust whether it’s doing something or not. It states that you’ll see effects after a week and up to 12 weeks for full effect. I’m not entirely sure how to validate whether it’s working.

These gummies taste good. I take creatine daily for working out and I tried these and I guess its the same as the powder. I have not taken them for a significant period of time and I probably wont. For these you are supposed to take 4 gummies per day. So for the current price of $35 you get 30 days of creatine. The powder I use gives me 3 months worth for $23. So the cost to value isn’t there for me. If you are traveling and don’t want to bring white powder with you and have to explain it at TSA then these gummies are a good option.
