I’m not normally a shrinking violet when it comes to supplement tastes – I will happily take herbs that other people think taste like dirt or too bitter. And I am generally pretty patient and persistent in trying to get used to new supplements. But no matter how hard I try, I can’t get used to this one. I gag every time I try to choke it down. I expected it to have the distinctively nasty NAC smell, but I had hoped the added blueberry flavor would cover it up. NOPE! Really gross, and if I can’t make myself struggle through it then it’s a waste of money. Very disappointing.

For new years, my resolution has been to get healthier. I’ve been searching for high quality vitamins and supplements for a healthier life style. These gummies have fit all of my needs! I typically already pop two in a day, but you could take four at a time each day if you really want to, but I see that too as good standing for me they taste good.
