Product shipped quickly and arrived intact. It looks like some folks had an issues with how the capsules were filled. There is only meant to be 30mg of zinc in each capsule, which is probably somewhere around the size of a grain of rice, with the rest being filler. Hopefully 10X Health is delivering on that 30mg of zinc, considering that it is in fact a legit company with substantial backing. I didn’t personally have any issues with the product. As of the time of this review, the price is on the higher side, although it does cover 2 months worth of the product.

This seems to be a superior quality supplement. The bottle arrived with all the expected safety seals. The pills are a little larger than other zinc pills I’ve had with this dosage but they are easy to take and leave no aftertaste. I recommend.

These capsules are quite large for 30mg of zinc picolante. I use another brand and they are much smaller. I do with they had 3rd party testing. I have been taking them and don’t notice any ill effects. Just wonder how much filler are in these.

I’ve been taking this zinc supplement every other day for approximately the past month and I’ve suffered no detectable ill effects or issues. As far as detectable positive effects, I can’t say that I’ve noticed anything specific, but supplements like this are more for fortifying your immune system. The price of this is comparatively quite high for a 30mg/serving zinc picolinate supplement. That said, I would look elsewhere for a better priced option.
