This is a decent vitamin c option for those who have been advised to (highly) increase their intake. May not have potential benefit for some, but these make it simpler for me to meet my doc recommended high dosage. This product seamlessly integrated into my hefty regimen as a replacement for my prior Vit C. No noticable negative impacts nor any marked reduction in my daily symptoms, but that’s a decent win for my system. Don’t love the vague marketing claims re possible usage and not impressed enough to reorder, but could be worth a try.

This supplement has more than your daily needs, but you just urinate the reminder that your body can’t intake. It seems like it’s a high quality supplement, really have no gripes. I like that it has an easy twist off cap, and it’s packed with cotton to preserve the shelf life of the product. Vitamin C should be in your toolkit for sick time!
