This is the first time I’ve used a water/hydration packet that isn’t a powder and I really like how easy it dilutes – no need to excessive shake or stir to get it to dissolve. The recommendation is to add it to 16oz of water but I find it too sweet for my taste and dilute it with at least 20-24oz. The flavor is pretty good – it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what it tastes like but it’s something fruity – with notes of citrus. Since the packet is liquid you do have to use it all at once – with powder packets I like that I can use half and save some for later (or just use less if the flavor is too sweet). Overall it’s a good product – a bit on the pricey side, though.

These have a good amount of caffeine so one packet will probably be my entire consumption for the day, and one packet makes 16 ounces, so it’s pretty easy to finish off. I like the taste. It was surprising, I expected worse having had other energy drink mixes, but like I mentioned in the headline, it’s light and refreshing, and has a good amount of tartness. I don’t exactly do major workouts, just swim a little, but it seems like a good pre-workout drink with the BCAA’s, and I like that it has some vitamins, and celebrity endorsements too. The liquid packets are so much more mixable than the powders, that’s really awesome. I hate when they don’t mix well and I get some grit in my teeth LOL, but there’s no issue at all with these. There’s not much more I can say, I’m happy with the product. It’s a little expensive for me to drink every day, but I’m happy for the opportunity to try them, thank you.

I use more than 16oz of water just because I don’t like to feel like I’m drinking more a flavor than water. Definitely happy with the taste, and with the fact that it does not feel as salty as another one I have (powder) that I also like.
If all listed in package is truth, then this is as solid choice. The advantage of liquid packet is that it mixes super quick, recommended.

I wish more hydration packets came in liquid form because it mixes so well! You don’t have to worry about a line of dry mix form around the waterline at the top! The taste was pretty decent, and I manage to drink the whole bottle with these. Some mixes don’t taste as good, so it’s a real struggle. While this is clearly still a hydration drink, the taste is more than drinkable, and I didn’t have to force myself.

I have tried lots of packets like this, mostly powders. This is a nice liquid and it really doesn’t do much to change the flavor of the water. There’s a slight sweet twinge to it from the sweetener, but it’s still like drinking water, not a sportsdrink.
And I think I felt the most hydrated consuming than I have with similar products

The product is great in itself, however, when i opened the bag two of the individual packets leaked and emptied themselves before being delivered. The product is definitely worth it, I just received 13 servings instead of 15.

This energy drink certainly delivers a jolt! It is a liquid, so it mixes easily with other liquids, making it far more convenient than powdered alternatives. However, the taste could use some improvement. Likely due to the high caffeine content, the flavor is more potent than pleasurable. But if you can stomach it, you’re guaranteed a powerful punch of energy.

Electrolyte supplements are all the rage now and if you are someone who has decided they are appropriate for you, these would be a good choice. I did not realize that the packets contained the supplement in liquid form when I ordered it, but that was a pleasant surprise. I opened an envelope and added it to a 16 ounce bottle of water— it mixed instantly. The product had a nice lemon lime scent when I first tore open the packet and I find the flavor quite pleasant. It is designed to be mixed with 16 ounces of water and I think that is the minimum as the flavor is fairly strong. It is lightly sweetened with Stevia but not overpoweringly so. I mixed some of another packet into carbonated water from my soda stream and it was even more tasty; the lime especially comes through. Many popular electrolyte mixes have up to 1000 mg of salt in them, which I find too much for me. This one has a more reasonable 200 mg and so the salt does not overpower the flavor profile. I like this very much and will order more to keep in my gym bag. I’m glad to have found an electrolyte mix that isn’t overly salty and still has a good blend of potassium and magnesium.
