It works, but doesn’t taste good. It claims to have an apple flavor. It kinda tastes like cough syrup to me. It DOES curb my appetite though, so it does what it is supposed to. I really like using liquid forms (and gummy) of supplements when I can as opposed to more and more pills, so the liquid format is great here! One thing I love is that it’s not *just* berberine and cinnamon, there are a whole bunch of other bonus ingredients, some of which I use regularly otherwise (like the turmeric). The dose is 1ml, but the dropper will only fill up to 0.75ml, so I have to go at it again for the rest of the dose. No big deal, but not fun with the icky taste. I do like that the dropper is labeled though, that’s a huge plus. To sum it up, I’m not wild about the taste, but it does actually work the way it is supposed to.

This has a mild apple flavor that is a bit bitter. You can take it straight or mix it with something else. I prefer to mix it with my morning bulletproof coffee. I am taking 1ml once a day.
There have been comments about the dropper not filling to the 1ml level. However, it has a 0.5ml level on the dropper, so simply fill it to that level twice. It is not big deal.
I have been using this for about a week. It is hard to know if it has made a difference. I take a number of supplements and it is always hard to tell if any single of one of them is making a huge difference. I can say that I have not had any negative side effects from using this.
The bottle was sealed for safety. Both the label on the bottle and on the box are packed with information. The bottle is amber to help protect the contents from light. I store it inside a cupboard per recommendations on the bottle.
There was a QR code incentive for a free bottle included with mine. If your review is approved, they will send you a free bottle. I did not participate, so I cannot comment further on this.
There is an expiration date on the box and the bottle, so no need to write it down or keep the box.

I’ve tried a ton of berberine supplements, but they’ve always come in capsules. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced a berberine product that come in liquid form, and it’s the first time I’ve seen it combined with bitter melon. I am deeply impressed with this product. Whether using the dropper to deposit the liquid directly on my tongue or adding the liquid to food or drink, the whole experience has been pleasant and effective.

I always google the main ingredient because honestly I don’t trust the Seller’s product page. A well know medical site had some very interesting information.
But first of all this has 1500 mg of Berberine per 1 ml serving. I’m not taking that much at one serving, so I have only been taking .5 ml, which in fact is all that the dropper will pull up.
And perhaps my palate is more prone to very bitter flavor, because straight up this stuff is disgusting. I don’t know what taste tester said this has an apple flavor. I guess I can see why most people take this in capsule form.
I haven’t noticed any differences but it’s only been a few days.

I had used a similar product that I liked, with a different flavor so I thought to give this a try. It is effective at helping to my regulate blood sugar and overall I feel better. The thing I noticed immediately was a boost in energy without heart strain. My husband also uses it and sees similar results.
The ingredients have strong flavors and smells. Sadly, as with the previous product, I taste no trace of the apple flavor. I mask the taste in juice or other flavored drink as I find too strong to take it straight.

So far no side effects. I was mostly looking for a good Ceylon cinnamon supplement when I stumbled across this. I already was taking a berberine supplement in capsule form. All the ingredients are conducive to support a healthy metabolism and blood glucose so decided to give it a try. It tastes good, I just take sublingually and it’s much easier than taking several capsules. Too early to tell how effective it is, but so far I think it will make a difference.
