It was delivered with the packaging destroyed and opened with no safety seal on the bottle. Also the oil smelt rancid.

Not only does this smell horrible but the consistency is like water. I wish they would bring back the Absolut Serum.

I love this newer product from Andalou. I have been using their products daily for 6-7 years! Usually, I start out my facial routine with the 1000 Roses Absolute Serum, but I switched to this Fresh & Dewy 2-1 Serum and I love the way it evens out my complexion before I put on my moisturizer and CC cream. I will say, I am going through it much faster than the absolute serum, and it is more expensive, so I’m not sure if it is worth the switch. Also not sure what the 2-1 is about it? Anyway, I do love how the product works on my skin, which is sensitive, combination skin that is not prone to acne.

Big time fan of many Pacifica products but I just cannot get past the smell, which reminds me of rotten fruit or sopping wet moldy roses. It lingers all day and just too stinky to continue using. Will keep with their other products for this one. It does do what it says, though.
