– Taste. I tried this with water and it tasted ok but not pleasant. So I tried it with some juice and it tasted much better
BOTTOM LINE
This does seem to be very good quality. You can actually smell some of the items listed and the color is a dark green. The taste isn’t the best but if you take it with juice than it’s fine.
I will update my review after I finish the bottle and note any positive or negative feelings about the product. But for now, this absolutely seems top quality.

– I’ve taken all of the ingredients here in the same form. This tastes as it should for what it is. I take it straight from the dropper, some will need to dilute in juice if they find the taste overwhelming.

– None. One of the other reviewers mentioned having an acid stomach after taking, I didn’t experience this at all.
The only potential drawback here is long-term performance since I’ve only been taking this for a couple of weeks and I’ll update if there are any negatives.

This is a nice supplement for liver support. Milk Thistle is a great ingredient for keeping your liver detoxed and this one is full of it. It’s easy to take and tastes ok. It’s a good value for the price, as well.

Looking at the label, date and consistency of this product, it looks like everything I personally expect it to be. I don’t get it, but when I take this supplement, I notice terrible acid indigestion only a minute or so later and it lasts for hours. I’ve taken many liver detox supplements over the years and have never had this particular reaction. The initial flavor isn’t bad, but the after taste is a bit acrid. Fortunately, I always drink a lot of water when taking a liver detox supplement and the flavor washes away pretty quickly. For me personally, I can easily think of five other brands I would choose over this one, just for the sake of avoiding acid indigestion. It’s just strange because everything that is in this supplement, I have had previously without this issue. I don’t know what’s causing it, but I’ll stick to my other supplements.

I like using milk thistle, including the flavor, both fresh and dried. I also enjoy the flavor of artichokes, dandelion root tea and hawthorn berries. So why does this liquid taste like none of those ingredients, and instead rather rancid? It’s a very thick liquid that has the consistency of a compost tea, which would be fine if it tasted good, but it doesn’t.
It’s also concerning that there’s no sourcing information on the ingredients, and no third-party testing to verify they’re actually in there. Herbmood doesn’t provide any company information, and the product ships directly from China. The description has some buzzwords in it but doesn’t state where in the Mediterranean these ingredients were harvested, and I’m baffled by how a Chinese company is rooted in the indigenous culture of South America. Seems sketchy to me.
