Organic, kosher, very fresh, and beautiful chocolate scent. I used this in an all natural mint chocolate chip body butter. The scent did come through even with the use of peppermint essential oil and Co2 extracted cocoa. Which I was fine with, I like the smell, and it lent a chocolatey, buttery fragrance to the scent. If you’re not crazy about the scent of cocoa butter, try a deoderized one. This won’t be for you. If you enjoy the scent of cocoa butter and are looking for a fresh, unprocessed cocoa butter then go for it! Great quality, I love this brand. And just a tip for when you’re working with cocoa butter, for body butters or lotions, I find whipping to incorporate the melted cocoa butter into your emulsion is best. It’s a very hard butter and does take some effort to fully incorporate. If you want to use cocoa butter in a lotion instead of a body butter and would like to eliminate the greasiness, try adding a tad or dash of arrowroot powder or rice powder. It’s a very versatile butter and I also use it in lip butters, balms, and chapsticks!

Wonderful, a kind price for a generous helping of organic cocoa butter, well packaged in a resealable bag and quickly shipped.
Stays cool and solid in the fridge and quickly becomes soft and spreadable in the warmth of your hands. For me, there is no butter more immediately effective than this in it’s raw honest form, nothing added or stripped. It unfailingly quenches my dry Colorado skin and hair, is easily absorbed and Keeps my skin hydrated all day.
I like the natural fragrance of cocoa and this product provides the light familiar scent without being over powering. This is quality cocoa butter, you can feel the difference, I will gladly purchase again. Thanks!

This stuff is AWESOME!
I bought it for its topical pain killing properties and it works perfectly. I suppose any cocoa butter would’ve served that purpose, but this particular brand is super fine, smooth and smells delicious!
I have pain in my legs that keeps me awake at night due to poor circulation and as it the pain occurs every night, I didn’t want to rely on ibuprofen to get a good night’s sleep.
I read in a neurological journal article a mention about the pain killing properties of cocoa butter used topically to ease certain types of pain. I ordered this to give it a try and it does work on the pain that I have in my legs. I just keep a chunk of it in a baggie on my nightstand and right before tuck-in, I massage it into my knees and calves. It seems to absorb pretty quickly, because it has not marred my bedding at all. Now I can sleep through the night and finally wake up refreshed instead of cranky 🙂
This brand is very clean and has a luxurious feel on the skin and leaves me feeling soft like a baby. I have used two other brands that were nice, but not this smooth or sediment free. My habit had been to melt and strain other brands of cocoa butter, because who wants a bit of sand while smoothing lotion on, not me!
I highly recommend this brand for its excellent quality.

I bought this brand of cocoa butter to make healthier homemade chocolates, and they turned out great! I am placing an order for two more bags.
With our first bag, we made two batches of chocolate covered organic cherries, mounds of coconut haystacks, organic almond bark, and lots of chocolate cubes.
First two plusses about this product is that it is organic and it has a very smooth texture. Another key seller is that the chocolates did not have a strong cocoa butter aftertaste. I used a different brand of cocoa butter and the aftertaste was awful and overpowering. The fifth plus is that it melts very fast on medium heat. It even melts in your hands.
Homemade chocolate:
1 cup of SAAQIN cocoa butter—melted
1 cup raw organic cacao powder (You can also use 3/4 cup of cacao powder. This is all to taste.)
Add local raw organic honey to taste (It doesn’t take a lot of honey. A few Tbsps. is all)
Special Note: If you add too much honey, the chocolate will not harden. It will turn into toffee.
A good cooking tip: You can always add more, but you can’t take away.
1 tsp. of organic vanilla extract
Melt the cocoa butter over medium to medium low heat.
Turn off heat so it does not boil or scorch
Sift in organic cacao
Stir with a metal whisk
Add organic vanilla extract (The mixture might bubble some)
Add local organic raw honey to taste
Pour into candy molds or create your own custom chocolates (We used old ice cube trays for our candy molds. We also use parchment paper on a cookie sheet to make our almond bark. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet and pour almond and chocolate on the parchment paper.)
Freeze for a few hours
Remove from molds and parchment paper and enjoy
Store in refrigerator or in the freezer.
Yum!
Chocolate variation:
Use 1/4 cup of organic butter, 1/4 cup of organic coconut oil, and 1/2 cup of cocoa butter. (This will make your cocoa butter last longer.)
Melt on very low heat
Follow the rest of the recipe above
