A nice addition to plant based protein, but with some flaws. Let’s get into it:
PROS:
– 20g of protein per serving is a good amount for a lifter
– Low fat and low carb
– Vacuum-sealed packaging
– No bloating
CONS:
– 3 scoops for a single serving is a lot of powder
– Grittier than expected
– A bit pricey for 16 servings
The thing I like the most about this protein is the flavor profile. It doesn’t taste like any other plant-based protein that I’ve tried. It has an almost sun butter flavor which is quite enjoyable. It’s 160 cals per 20g of protein, and because it’s combined from multiple plant-based ingredients, it qualifies as a full protein profile. As with most plant-based proteins, there wasn’t any bloating, which is always a plus.
What I don’t like is the grittiness: because it’s 3 scoops to a serving, which is a LOT, the shake (even when used as instructed) has a substantial grittiness to it. It actually scratched my throat a little bit AFTER I drank it because of this – I needed to drink a glass of water to wash it down.
That being said, I’m still giving it 4 stars instead of 3 because I really do enjoy this protein! It doesn’t have that chalky flavor that is usually associated with plant-based proteins, and the vacuum sealed packaging (which is something I haven’t seen before) is pretty special. I defiantly recommend this to the casual lifter.

I tried Mommake’s tofu protein for the first time. I really liked the packaging; the powder came completely vacuum-sealed, which made me feel it was hygienic. The usage method was very simple—just mix it with water or milk and shake! It’s nutty and delicious. I usually mix it with milk as a meal replacement, and sometimes when I’m craving something sweet, I add a little honey. Taste is amazing! Very good for people who are looking for the healthy protein.

This is my second order of this product. They sent the defective item. Suprisingly, this company intentionally sent the defective item with tapes covering it. The item is not eligible for return. I had to call the Amazon customer service and got refund. But I don’t know if I can trust this company for future purchase. How can someone do like this kind of bad business practice for a food item. I am very upset.

If you’re looking for a convenient protein shake to curb sudden hunger while staying on track with your diet, this Misugaru Shake is a great choice. Its compact size makes it easy to carry in your bag or keep at your desk. The shake features chewy flakes, adding a unique texture compared to regular shakes. The Misugaru flavor provides a distinctive, nutty taste that isn’t too sweet, providing a refreshing break from overly sugary options. Plus, it doesn’t require any additional equipment to prepare.

I recently tried this protein powder, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. There’s no overpowering protein taste or weird aftertaste. I’m also a big fan of misutragu, and this product captures that flavor well.

Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, plant-based protein option, I highly recommend giving MOMMAKE Tofu Protein Shake a try. It’s nutritious, filling, and versatile enough to fit into any diet!

Update: While I love the taste of this shake (and the other flavors as well), I have discontinued use of the product due to the inclusion of xylitol in the ingredients. In the future, I hope that sugar alcohols can be removed from the ingredients.
Love this Korean protein shake! 15g of protein per pouch, only 130 calories, full of healthy ingredients! I received my first order today and already bought 2 more boxes! I like the convenience of the individual protein pouches. The flavor is great too. Compared to other protein shakes on the market, the calories are low and the fiber content is just right. I really like that it has only 130 calories per shake! Please keep selling the individual pouches for convenience. I like the Mugwort, Black Beans, and now the Tofu protein shake. The tofu protein shake might be my new favorite because I am a huge fan of the taste of Injeolmi. I like that the shake is very thick, plant-based, and low in calories importantly. I will keep ordering on a weekly basis. I hope to see the Matcha greens shake available in the individual protein pouches soon.

I tried all of their protein shake flavors: mugwort, black bean and this tofu and I gotta say this tofu protein tastes the best. It tastes just like misugaru.
