I got the grape flavored ones, 15 packets… I like the convenience of them. Sure, water is the best hydration, but the electrolytes are a must!
I’ve been using them on and off since I got them. They are a good tasting grape, but the Stevia is my kryptonite… Don’t get me wrong, they do absolutely help, I just have a personal thing about aftertaste, and Stevia is one of them. Outside of that, I can take it.
As I said, I got grape and 15 packets, t hat fill a 16oz water bottle. Decent and helps me out when I need it.
Bag reseals and each package individually packed/sealed. The expiry date was April 2026. They’ll be gone before then.
Currently priced at 25.99 for 15 packets, a cost of roughly $1.75 each. A little costly for my taste, but they are decent tasting and do the trick…

This is the best electrolyte mix I have used. It’s got a great balance of everything you need to help with hydration and performance. I workout often and have noticed a big difference in performance already. The flavors and taste is great as well.

I really like grape tasting electrolyte drinks! This is one of the best ones I have had flavor wise. I chose this product because of the relatively clean ingredients. There is no sugar and it is not sweetened with any artificial sweeteners. It also doesn’t have any artificial colors. There is no caffeine in this so it is ok to have at night. Generally, I try to have this around the time of a run or heavy lift but it is also nice to enjoy instead of water. The single packets pale it really easy to travel with. The only small issue I have had is that it is tough to mix and dissolve. There is always a little bit of supplement left at the bottom of my bottle.

There are plenty of electrolyte options out there. Some have carbs to keep you fueled during your workout. Some, like this one, has no carbs which is to focus on electrolyte replacements after a workout.
This mix in particular is pretty overpriced for what it is. You can pick up LMNT electrolyte mixes for less than this, and that brand is much better recognized in endurance sports world due to sponsorships and marketing.
Comparing to more generic versions of these zero-calorie electrolyte mixes, I find the Venture Pal brand is a much better, appropriate price point for a electrolyte replacement powder.
Preparing the drink is quite easy, just 1 packet mixed in the amount of fluids you desire. I mix it in with 22oz of water, right in the middle of the recommended 16-32oz and you definitely taste the 800mg of sodium. It’s not an assault on your taste buds, but you definitely taste the sodium. You can mix it with more water to dilute the salty flavor more.

The NuEthix Watermelon Hydration Electrolytes taste good. It almost has a slight sourness to it and it is not overly sweet at all. My son said it reminded him of a watermelon sour patch kid and I think he is right but not quite as sour.
Compared to other electrolytes out there, this mix does not include vitamins and other minerals aside from mainly sodium. There is nothing wrong with this at all but for the price, you can get something with extra nutrients for the same or less. The taste is really good though and if you are simply looking for a sodium replacement, this is a great option!

I ordered these NuEthix Formulations NU-LYTES Electrolytes Hydration Packets in lemon lime flavor. I added them to my 24 Oz cup and filled it with water. I just swirled it around a bit to mix before drinking it. I was expecting something like a flavored water, but this was full of flavor. I’m usually not a big fan of stevia, but I didn’t get the weird aftertaste with this that I usually do.
Since I didn’t put much effort into dissolving the powder, there was still a fair amount in the bottom of my cup so I filled it again and still had ample lemon lime flavor. I do agree with other reviewers that it is hard to get it to all dissolve, but it works to my advantage as I’m able to get 2 glasses of flavored water from one packet. My husband loves them as well which is unusual. He doesn’t typically like this sort of thing.

Similar to liquid I.V. in flavor and hydration. Its got that little bit of saltiness which enjoy and its not too sweet.

i use one in a 40oz cup either full or 2/3 full and it keeps me hydrated for half a day easily.
