So here is what I do and my results are pretty much instant.
Pull the vegcap apart and dump it all into 3-6 shots of espresso. Sip over the course of several hours and enjoy the benefits of a clear mind and abundance of energy, IMMEDIATELY! . 🙂 The espresso is mostly to cover the disgusting taste associated with acetate. lol

I haven’t taken this supplement in a while and started on a diet and figured that it might help with weight loss. Not holding my breath on the weight loss, but, do like the “pep in my step” as I noticed a huge difference in my energy level on Day 1. On week days I am up at 4:45 am and by 8:00 pm I am exhausted. Generally, I am dragging from about 5:00 pm onward. I noticed that I was still pretty alert and realized that putting together my food for the next day’s lunch or taking a shower hadn’t seemed to be that big of a chore. I have also had my DHEA level tested in the past and it was in the basement. I am post menopausal, on natural HRT for estrogen, progesterone and thyroid.

For healthy individuals, taking 7-Keto-DHEA up to 200 mg a day with a maximum of 4 WEEKS at a time is considered safe, according to studies. I take a 3- to 4-months’ BREAK in between. It definitely increases my metabolism and heat production in a way that — I sweat MORE than usual in exercise or just doing daily tasks.

This brand has got to be the most effective of 7-Keto-DHEA that I have tested so far. I purchased a couple of other brands, one which was 25 mg of 7 Keto DHEA from The Vitamin Shoppe and I was not satisfied with the results. I also tried a brand which combined the 7 Keto with L-Carnitine in an herbal fat-burning and metabolic rate accelerating formula.
The combination sounded terrific, but in actuality, it was not very effective for a woman in my age range (over 35), undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), with over 100 pounds of muscle at 66 inches in height, a past bikini competitor, with frequent and intensely cardiovascular running routines that cover uphill mountainous terrains in the range of 5 to 12 miles per workout.
The lack of fillers guaranteed by the ‘Pure Encapsulation’ team is most definitely noticeable IMMEDIATELY in the 7 Keto DHEA’s fast rate of absorption and effectiveness. I also previously purchased the ‘Pure Encapsulation’ 7 Keto 50 mg potency, and I was immediately convinced that it was a superior product, but that a higher concentration was needed for my specific circumstances.
It was at this time that I realized that I was about to win or lose in an investment of the most costly 7-Keto-DHEA product available in the Amazon market. Nevertheless, I purchased the 100 mg bottle in the 120 capsules. I took 1 pill in the afternoon, felt maybe a small boost for about 4 hours. That night I got a bad headache. Then the next morning, I woke up and was easily enraged! For no apparent reason. Thought I was just having a really bad morning, then in the afternoon I took 1 pill, recieved another headache and by dinnertime I had broken out with hives on my neck! I have not had hives since I was a kid. The next morning, I woke up extremely enraged again! Very unusual. I havnt taken any since, still dealing with the hives, although it’s slowly going away. The next morning, and ever since, I have not experienced anymore rage incidents. Maybe I’m just sensitive, and needed to start out with the 25mg capsules, but I’m not going to risk it. Waste of $170! For reference, I’m a 41 year old woman.

My testosterone has been extremely low (off the charts low on my blood work). My Doc has recommended that I go over the counter route to try to naturally increase that number versus getting a prescription. With that my Testosterone increased, spiked to super high and then normalized when I cut the dose. After getting my Testo back within the lower end of the normal range, I switched to this brand as I believe this is a very high quality Keto product. I’ve only taken this product for about a month and when I redid my labs, my Test is still on the lower end of the normal range. I liked that this product only requires 1 pill per day. Beverly International requires 3 pills, twice per day. I have to retake labs again in 6 months, so I am contemplating whether I will stick with this brand or return back to the Beverly International brand.
