Not really sure how to review this, but it sure sounds awesome, so I am willing to give it a try. After I have finished the bottle, I will update how it went and if I noticed any benefits and how they compare to whey protein. The capsules here are small protein peptides that make up the 22 amino acids. The amino acids are essential and needed for protein synthesis, your muscles require this. Being that these are in a peptide form, it is supposed to be easier for your body to digest. Most of the time, whey protein isn’t really absorbed by the body, this is why it backs you up and it always seems to be a competition to see who can cram more grams of protein in to their supplement. The more they put in there the more you body will eventually digest, problem is a lot of that is filler. With the peptides being so pure and easily digestible, you only need a little bit to equal what you were getting out of your protein shake. Another benefit of being so pure and not full of fillers is that it will work better with the foods you normally eat and help you body pull the nutrients out of that food. They claim that it will increase energy and endurance, help aid in muscle tone and growth, help with the normalization of weight and sleep, increase mental clarity and focus, help manage stress and recovery from workouts as well as increase immune strength and resilience. Not sure how they break it down smaller than what you get in a whey protein concentrate, so this makes me a little skeptical, but like I said I am willing to give it a try. It says to take two pills twice a day if under 175 pounds and 3 pills twice a day if over 175 pounds. I am exactly 175, so I am not really sure what to do there. I chose to take two pills twice a day since I still get plenty of protein in a daily nutritional shake I take each morning.

I love these protein capsules! They are a bit pricey but compared to the quality you get vs the quality you get at other local popular stores makes it worth it. These are a clean protein product w/o all the free radicals in them like you would get elsewhere.
These don’t have anything in them that your body isn’t going to benefit from. I use to drink the whey protein shakes but they all tasted too sweet for me. I don’t eat much food that contains enough protein so these are perfect for me and the benefits to your body are excellent.
Worth every dime and I would recommend this product.
I’ve got my husband hooked of them as well, so we buy in bulk now.

I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks now & I have to say for me this product is working out great. My system don’t digest the powder shake proteins or proteins from solid foods well & so I was having difficult getting the protein I needed for my muscles but since I started taking this product just in 2 weeks I’ve seen a difference in my muscle growth & strength. Remember what works for one person does not always mean it will work for another. Know your body & listen to its needs.

This product has been a major eyeopener for me! I’ve been using this product for over 3 months and I continue to see benefits on a daily basis. The thing that got me on to Future Peptide’s is that I tend to have a hard time digesting supplemental proteins, with this I had no issue taking it! You won’t get the feeling of being full that most protein powders give you and with the energy boost it provides you’ll dominate your workouts.
Post workout and recovery is another factor with this product, minimal muscle soreness even after intense weight/strength training. The listed price initially threw me off but now that I don’t need to bother spending money on other supplemental proteins, it’s a great product with versatile benefit.
As of writing this I have lost over 40lbs and have gained notable strength and muscle mass in roughly over 3 months. I can’t wait to experience the benefits a year from now.

I just want to say within the first few days of using this product I definitely noticed some changes. I had a little bit more energy than usual. Especially, during workouts . Unfortunately, I had to discontinue my use of this product due to its sources deriving from porcine (pork) 🙁 but all in all i can definitely say it seems to be a great product .

I started taking this product and didn’t notice a change in my protien levels which is why I ordered the product in the first place. I did however notice weight gain.
