I’m going to give an hi set review, but I want everyone to take into account I have severe anxiety with panic attacks. I’m on multiple medications and have been this way for 10 years looking for the solution.

The taste is tolerable. When you are really looking for the magic cure, honestly who really cares what it tastes like as long as it works.
My experience : I didn’t notice any difference in my anxiety nor depression. I read someone said they took it in lieu of Xanax, so I tried the same a few times. It did nothing unfortunately.
Side effects: the only side effects I received was the “flushing of face” that is explained on the card explaining the product, benefits and possible side effects.

And keeps it right where we’ll remember to grab one. Not that we’d likely forget! I’m not gonna claim Levium solved all my problems. I’ve struggled with a multitude of effects of complex trauma most of my life. No one supplement is gonna fix all that. But, I’ll tell you this…since starting it I’ve felt clearer and calmer in my thinking, especially thoughts about my trauma and thoughts about my thoughts– if you get it, you get it. My clarity almost rushed in, which was a little overwhelming at first like a dam breaking. But I was ok with it. Like I said, not a fix all. But definitely worth continuing to see where this goes.

I was really hopeful this would help me taper off the benzos. I suffer with severe anxiety . I drank half a bottle as soon as I got it in the mail. After about 20 minutes I felt the anxiety and panic well up in me. Then I felt very sleepy yet still anxious. took a nap and woke up with anxious uneasy feeling the rest of the day. Be careful, it doesn’t work for everyone .
