I have officially taken this for 22-days as of this writing. My nutrition is in check, I have been hitting the gym, and my sleep is right where it should be. That said, I feel no different today than I did 3-weeks ago. I know that it takes longer for some to feel the effects, but I was hopeful to feel anything by now and it just isn’t there.

After using for about a month, I decided to dig deeper and understand what this claim really meant. After some research, I discovered that extract ratios can be a deceptive marketing ploy, and here’s why you should be skeptical when you see these extremely high ratios that deceptively claim to be 200x or 300 x the potency (for example 400mg equivalent to 80,000 mg). This is straight up bs.
Firstly, extract ratios lack standardized measurement across manufacturers. This inconsistency makes it difficult to compare products accurately based on extract ratios alone. Additionally, the ratio doesn’t provide any information about the extraction method used, which greatly influences the concentration and potency of the extract.
Moreover, the quality and potency of the starting material can vary SIGNIFICANTLY, even if two products claim the same extract ratio. This variability in the starting material can lead to variations in the final product’s effectiveness. Additionally, some products may use raw material fillers or dilution agents to achieve the advertised extract ratio, resulting in a lower concentration of active compounds than expected.
Which is why I decided to try another brand. This blend of tongkat ali, Fadogia agrestis, and bioperine is incredible quality and so far I have noticed a significant boost in stamina and energy in the gym and its only been a week.
