All the suggestions of health benefits from the 1.3 grams dehydrated vegetables per serving are marketing hype. A bottle of 60 caplets purchased at the discounted price, and taking the daily recommended serving size of two caplets, costs $1.11 per day.*
I can tell it has thiamine in it from the odor. I prefer multivitamins where the thiamine smell is better masked. I will not be buying this product.

These vitamins are a combination of basic daily nutrients sourced from organic fermented food blends, as well as ‘other ingredients’, such as organic rice bran extract. Certified gluten and soy free, vegan, and USDA organic. Non GMO.
It’s believed that fermented vitamins are more easily digested and consequently more easily absorbed for optimal bio-availability. Firm, medium sized tablets of a darker brown color without any distinct scent. Easy to swallow with no unpleasant aftertaste.
A light-blocking glass bottle stores 60 tablets, a 30-day supply. These have the appearance and feel of a high quality vitamin. Expiration date is 05/26, easily readable on the back label.

I have no complaints about these vitamins. I’m no scientist and haven’t done any big study on them, but I have been taking them for a week now and have the same energy and feel the same as my normal lab-vitamins that I usually take. They do have a bit of a taste to them like other real food vitamins and they’re about the same size. If you’re used to taking these types of vitamins, that will come as no shock. No issues, so I’m happy with them.

Whether I need to or not, I have been taking a multi-vitamin for the past several years. I decided to try this particular one from Country Life. It is a one month supply where you take two pills per day. I take one in the morning with breakfast and a second one at the end of the work day.
The ingredients and doses are very similar to my prior brand although some ingredients are either half or double the other brand.
They are your standard horse-sized multivitamins, but they are relatively easy to get down. I recommend getting them down quick because the taste is terrible.
Overall, I’ve been happy with these so far.

Like many people, I want to eat healthy but sometimes fall short of this goal. Sometimes, I get so busy that my main nutrients are caffeine and too many processed calories. This is why I appreciate vitamins crafted from organic, whole food sources. While these tablets don’t offer an extensive list of vitamins, they do have 100% of the RDA for several basic nutrients.
I find this supplement easy to swallow. They have a mild odor and taste similar to a greens powder (faintly reminiscent of spinach or kale.) It is not objectionable and does not linger after I swallow them. I have never had any stomach upset after taking them.

Each bottle of the Country Life organic multivitamins have 60 tablets in them. One serving is 2 tablets so this is a 30 day supply. I usually need to take my multivitamins with food every day or I get an upset stomach. That means I have to pack them in my food bag for work and take them at work when I finally eat. However, I can take these vitamins with no food at home before I leave for the day. Given that they are organic and literally made of food, they did not upset my stomach at all.
The tablets were easy to swallow and had no weird taste or after effect for me. My bottle expires 1 1/2 years after received so the shelf life is long.
These multivitamins are a bit on the expensive side but given that they are organic and so easy on the stomach I don’t need to take with food, I feel like you are paying for what you get.

COUNTRY LIFE Organic Realfood Multivitamin for Men comes in a glass bottle with 60 tablets which give you 30 days worth at the suggested serving size of 2x day. It says that it is a fermented whole food multivitamin. I know that some folks are very pro fermented foods and this may be just right for them. It has no herbs. Again, if you are looking for something like that then this may be right up your alley. Lots of extracts from fruits, mushrooms, vegetables and legumes all of which are USDA Organic according to the labeling. This contains a bunch of stuff…a bunch ton. Take a look at the ingredients and it’s always a good idea to consult with your healthcare professional before you take this or any supplement.

I like the Country Life organic realfood multivitamin because it gives me the macronutrients contained in a variety of fruits and veggies without all of the fiber. It would be nearly impossible to consume in a day all of the different ingredients in their unprocessed form. However, taking a two-tablet serving can give me many of the nutritional benefits. Having some of the ingredients fermented makes the nutrients more bioavailable and provides probiotics. I have a few canisters of powdered greens sitting in my freezer because I just didn’t have time to mix them into a drink. Taking these tablets removes the inconvenience of having to prepare the vitamins that I was experiencing.
