I bought these supplements to help boost my dragging energy recently. These multivitamins run a bit higher in price than others, but are made with quality, natural ingredients. The smell and slight taste are even natural and organic. They are in easy to swallow capsule form. I have a double MTHFR gene mutation and have to take multivitamins in bioavailable forms such as the ones used in these multivitamins. It is uncommon to find things like methylated and chelated forms outside of supplements I get in specialty supplement stores. I find myself returning to Zahler products because they take this care in their ingredients. One doesn’t have to have special requirements from their supplements for these to be better for their bodies.

I like how this energy supplement has a different mix than the other 3 I have tried. It’s been a little over 2 weeks now since taking these and I can say I haven’t felt as drained. I don’t feel like I can run a marathon but I definitely don’t barely make it through my day anymore. Normally I’d be ready for a nap by 11am and now im good til 6pm. It has now been over 10 years since I had gastric bypass surgery. Thank God I was able to maintain my weightloss however it has been a struggle to get in my vitamins. I was a tad leary about these as they are clear and the vitamins look less than appetizing and large. However to my surprise they aren’t hard at all to get down. The recommended amount is 2 capsules a day so I have been taking 1 in the morning and another in the afternoon. I will say that on the days I actually remember to take them I do feel a little more energized. I work at home now and it seems once the clock hits 5pm my energy level significantly decreases so I was happy to know that not only do these give my body the nutrients it needs but I get a much needed energy boost to keep me going for the rest of the day. I cant comment much on the flavor because I put the pill in the back of my mouth and immediately swallow it down with a gulp of water.
