BGA-Blue Green Algae is incredibly helpful to the mind and body. It is super rich in oxygen and it helps both hemispheres of the brain communicate. It greatly improves memory and mental clarity. It is a super supplement that I will always have daily. If I were to only have one supplement for the rest of my life it would be this one. For increased pineal gland detoxification use BGA with Haritaki powder or supplements.

Love this product & the seller is great! Aquamarine type algae are the best way to get calcium and omega type oils. I take 3 different types, the blue green, red, brown (kelp). This calcium does not affect the arteries while other calcium blocks them and is not as effective.
Amazon has been slow on deliveries, and it makes me consider ordering elsewhere. Not happy with Amazon lately!

I’m pretty sure that there is nothing in this world greater than “Klamath Lake Blue Green Algae.” It will nourish and detoxify you while giving you energy and brainpower. The first thing I notice when taking this product, is a sharp feeling of well being, followed by an extreme focused energy. In addition I feel a rush of stamina which inspires me to exercise for hours. As an artist I notice after taking 3 of these tablets, that I have intense creative energy, and as a school teacher, I can perform better without getting tired. Klamath lake is a natural lake in Oregon that is known to have some of the most potent Blue Green Algae on the planet. There are countless people who have testified to the wonders of Klamath Lake Blue Green algae. Give this brand a try, I’m using it right now as I write this review. Amazon’s price is a lot lower than my local Food Coop, so I recommend you get it at Amazon (there’s a great company on Amazon that I buy it from called “Herbal Mania.” I would get it from them.

I have taken this supplement off and on since the early 90’s. I can tell when I stop taking it. It is a must for people with digestion problems. Just make sure you drink a lot of water, not soda or other crap to assist this supplement. Water makes this supplement bio-available to the body in ways that you will discover very quickly.
Stool problems will disappear if you are older like me. When I had a few stool problems, I immediately starting taking this supplement and this problem went away. I also take source naturals spirulina. These two work together to give energy and minerals that the body needs….. plus other pluses that I can’t scientifically explain.

“Update 2015” …. Source Naturals is still a great value per-dosage. I failed to include one of the most important reasons to take Lake Klamath Blue-Green Algae. This important reason is the trace minerals in colloidal form from this product.
Lake Klamath is a Volcano Lake. This Lake feeds the Klamath River. You can find Gold & Platinum in the Klamath River if you dredge in this river. Platinum and Gold are two of the best sources of minerals needed by the body to keep healthy. Blue Green Algae gives you a natural form of these two minerals plus almost all of the other traces minerals your body needs to be healthy. Just remember, you are made of water and minerals.
Consuming alcohol and taking antioxidants will leach minerals from your body. Sweating and exercising leaches your body of minerals… daily. You need to replace your minerals daily to replenish these expelled minerals. This is also super important for mothers that want to have more children. Babies take away your store of minerals to be healthy babies.
Colloidal refers to particle size of a mineral element when I say colloidal minerals. If minerals are not in colloidal form, they are too large for your body to utilize and expel easily. Mineral pills have a particle size that is huge. I finally went back to tablets which are so much better because I am not swallowing any more capsule material and it has no bad smells from capsules. I realize many people say this BG Algae is nonsense, but I know I feel more energy with it, think better, and actually can play guitar much better when I take it. Cuts heal faster too, I have no idea why. I also take more if I plan to have a few drinks since it seems to reduce the effects of the drinks. The key to me, whether this has any effect is that you have to have good intestines/colon condition or it does not get absorbed so a cleanse comes first. Secondly, if you have some serious disease (which I found out with other people) it also tends to have no effect that you can feel. I take a lot of supplements, most of the others I hope they are doing something, this one I can actually feel results. I take 3-4 tablets first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, sometimes I take 5-6 if I think I need a big boost for the day. Myabe a couple of ours later another 6. I also suggest you buy Source Naturals brand (this one) because it is important how this obtained and I trust Source Naturals.
Bottom line, I have first hand knowledge that it has a positive effect on my brain and energy and mood. I have been taking this stuff for many years. Do not take at night unless you want to sleep. The label says take one, but I doubt most people do. I do know that has to start with one before working up to more. Realize anything you eat or drink is at your own risk.
