These gummies have 500mg of ACV per gummy, or 1000mg per recommended 2-gummy dose. While some gummies have up to 1000mg per gummy, I like the flexibility of this dosage, where I can typically take two in the morning and one later in the day for a total ACV dose of 1500mg/day.
These ACV gummies have a pleasant texture, taste, and aroma. They are not sticky like some others, at least not yet — they’re easily shaken out of the jar. They’re labeled as “Keto”, which should mean they have very low sugar and total carbs. But they don’t, compared to many other brands. They have 4g of carbs and 25 calories per serving. Sugar, glucose syrup, and dextrose are used as the sweeteners.
The jar’s anti-tampering protection is very good. There’s a fairly effective plastic wrap around the jar’s cap and neck, and after you remove that, there’s a very effective paper seal attached to the top.
The gummies I received were very fresh, with an expiration date about 24 months after the date I received it.
I rated these gummies just four stars for me, because I want very low carbs. However, for customers who value taste more than low carbs, these gummies could easily be five stars.

In my opinion companies like to throw around the word KETO thinking we are gong to instantly believe this is a healthy supplement we need for a KETO lifestyle.
But lets look at what type of sugars are not allowed on KETO. They are as follows:
Fructose
Sucrose
Dextrose
Maltose
Honey
Cane sugar
Agave
Corn syrup
Invert sugar
Malt (malt syrup)
Molasses
Now lets look at the label on this bottle of Speedy KETO ACV gummies. It includes, 2 grams of added sugars. Then go down further on the Supplement fact section of the bottle, you will see that Other ingredients also include: Glucose Syrup, Sucrose, and Glucose. Also listed is Pomegranate Fruit Juice Powder (which contains sugar) and Beet Juice Root Powder (also contains sugar).
Now there are different version of KETO lifestyle that people participate in, such as Speed Keto, Keto, Dirty Keto and Lazy Keto. Maybe a version of KETO that is more lax will let you consume this supplements without feeling guilty. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that there is still sugar in these.
For those of you that think you can take this supplement and the weight is miraculously going to come off, you are wrong. We do not have miracle drugs as of yet. If we did, we would all look perfectly in shape.
I no longer follow the KETO diet as strictly as I could, but I do cut out white sugars and definitely watch my carb intake. I do take these supplements and find that they help regulate my bathroom habits and keep me regular. And since internally I am working correctly, I feel that is also a help to losing weight.
But I do exercise regularly, 15,000 steps a day 6 days a week and 3 days a week of light weights. 1 day a week of rest. That exercise program definitely has a lot to do with the weight loss and not just the ACV gummies. It has taken me almost 2 years to lose 130 pounds, and at no time do I give any credit to this supplement doing the work for me. As a matter of fact, after getting hurt and had to stop exercising for almost a month, I did gain weight just from being more sedentary, even though I was still taking the KETO gummies.
I can say that I do like the texture of these gummies, they are not grainy at all, and there is no chemical smell. The taste is pleasant and does not leave an aftertaste.
The bottles are well sealed, neck safety ring and seal over the opening. The bottom of the bottles give you the lot # and also the expiration date. This particular bottle expires in 09/03/25.
So work out, eat healthy, and take these supplements if you feel they will fit into your KETO lifestyle. Just know they are not a miracle solution and they do have numerous types of sugar in them.

It’s interesting that these gummies are marketed as “keto” despite containing 4g of sugar and 1g of carbohydrates per two gummies, which is similar sugar to many other gummy supplements I’ve tried. However, they do have a nice chewy texture and aren’t as sour as drinking straight apple cider vinegar. Additionally, they contain a decent dose of B12, which I personally like.
