The capsules look rancid/spoiled…those that I have brought in the store are always nice and dry, safe to take. Am very disappointed that they cannot be returned.

this is a great product and really worked to make my hair stronger. The only issue is the oily residue in the bottle and on my hands. But I will keep buying it until I find something that works just as well.

I’ve been taking this product for quite a while and this order both bottles that I received were damaged beyond able to take. The liquid is coming out of all of the vitamins inside the jars the seal of the jar is all orange on one bottle impossible to take these pills a waste of my money even though I can’t get a return.

This works great! I can see the new growth because when I wear my hair in a pony tail there all these inch long hairs that start sticking up after a while. My hair has also started growing faster and my nails are stronger and grow faster. This stuff is great!

I have noticed a definite positive difference in my fingernail and hair growth. However, these pills are now becoming so popular that what you could once buy for $13 a bottle is now selling for $24. What a shame. I’m going to keep buying them as long as they stay below $20.

I’ve ordered these capsules once from Vitacost and 4 times from Amazon. 3 out of the 4 Amazon orders received were defective, with the capsules covered in orange oily fluid (presumably the capsule contents). I couldn’t find a broken capsule inside after pouring them all out and wiping them down. So I think the problem is further up in their production chain, not to do with Amazon’s storage or handling of the bottles. Even after cleaning them, the capsules still smelled foul, and I didn’t feel good about consuming them. Gave them 2 more chances after the first defective bottle, but it kept happening. Now I see a lot of other reviewers reporting the same exact problem. Go with another brand to avoid this headache.
