I have used many protein powders for drinks before, and this one is the same in that it requires a LOT of shaking to get the powder to fully dissolve. If you have a blender cup, it’s better that way rather than just trying to shake a tumbler, or even worse, trying to stir with a spoon.
The taste is okay. It’s not better or worse than most protein powders out there, although the chocolate taste could be just a LITTLE bit stronger.
With the fiber, you are getting a good shake! It was nice and it helped me to feel full until it was my next meal time, and I definitely didn’t feel bloated or gross after drinking it, so that’s a plus!
My biggest complaint is that the price of this, it comes to about $4 per serving, which is kind of high for a protein powder, in my opinion.

I was fully prepared to hate this. I’ve had so many gross protein powders that I’m scared to try new ones but this one was such a pleasant surprise. The fiber content helps to create a nice, thick shake and the flavor is actually very nice. It’s sweet but not too sweet and the chocolate flavor is really good. I’m really glad I got to try this.

The taste here is pretty standard, it tastes like tons of other chocolate flavored protein drinks I’ve had, it blends well, but I find myself using this product less frequently because the serving size is just 20g of protein, and I tend to want a little more than that, but don’t want to double up because there’s a ton of vitamins in this formulation, and it would feel like a waste.
I haven’t been able to notice much difference to my gut health or digestion using this, but it might be something that you only notice with sustained and frequent use.

I like that this protein powder is so delicious and contains 26 Vitamins and Minerals. I put it in a shaker cup with 12 oz water and shook it up. It mixes well and has no chalky residue.
I like that it has 20 g of protein and no oils in it. I didn’t experience any bloating or gas either. I really like this product more than most protein powders I have used, and it is very convenient.
It’s already measured, and ready to mix with water, so it’s great to take on the go. For four dollars a serving packet, I think it’s a little on the expensive side, but worth it.

I have used this product for one week and could possibly be helpful with bloating ( but I have also adjusted my diet). This product must be shaken to dissolve the powder in water. The attached photo is me trying to use while traveling by stirring the product vigorously. Really should come with travel shaker at this price point for product.

I have a lot of trouble getting enough food in every day, especially if I start having symptoms. I start my day with the BioHealth drink now and find I suffer less and feel more confident I have started the day with more of the vital nutrients I was lacking early on. The taste is good, it’s blends easily, and I can use it in my shake in the morning as a breakfast, or just as a drink to get started. It blends into water very smoothly for a good consistency. It’s a little pricy, so I don’t use it every day. But it is a good quality drink with enough nutrients and none of the fillers or preservatives I try to avoid.

For $60 you only get two weeks worth of these way too expensive shakes and then they basically only have chocolate and some other fruity thing that taste like Pepto-Bismol. It’s disgusting for the price you could make vanilla other better flavors just nasty. The taste disgusting.

This tastes pretty good – no aftertaste, and the chocolate isn’t artificial tasting though it could be stronger. It mixes well if you use a shaker, and it doesn’t clump or taste very grainy, though I could feel a fine particulate texture at the end so I probably needed to shake it longer. This comes in 14 paper pouches – each serving creates a 6-oz drink with 150 calories and 13 g carbs. It has most of the vitamins & minerals I have been taking in supplement form, although it doesn’t include fiber. I am on the GLP-1 drug Mounjaro, which has caused some periodic nausea and bowel issues, so this should help with that. I plan to drink this in the morning as I no longer feel like eating then but need to have something to avoid low blood sugar. They recommend having two servings a day but I think this is overkill, as this provides 50% of the daily value for most of the vitamins in it, and I get the rest from the food I eat. This is very good, but a bit too pricey (about $4 per serving when I got it) so I will have to wait for a good coupon before I can get it again.
