   I was truly impressed by how well they protect their bottles from leaking during transport – the top was security sealed under the cap (of course), but they were also careful to add an external wrap to the top which would definitely prevent anything from spilling – simple but very effective & I wish more companies or sellers put the same amount of forethought into transport & delivery.

   Although I do notice a bit of aftertaste to this when added to juice or soda, it’s not too unpleasant – mostly just what you’d expect with any unflavoured electrolyte additive.

   I was born with a genetic condition that causes my body to have issues getting enough hydration with just plain water & I’m not at all a fan of most of the electrolyte drinks out there. I’ve been adding a capful to my juice each morning; it mixes quickly & easily and seems to be working as I need it to.

   Highly recommend & will definitely purchase again.

   Did not get the colors I ordered

   Fabulous product, it has helped to greatly reduce my leg cramps. Unfortunately Amazon does not package it very well. It was sent in a plastic bag instead of a box which caused the product to be damaged and leaking. It is a non returnable item so I had to contact the manufacturer in order for them to contact Amazon so that I could get a refund. Not worth the hassle to purchase through Amazon again. I will be buying directly from the manufacturer from now on.

   If you’re doing keto or carnivore this stuff is a life saver!!!! Helps with achy muscles and energy levels .of course doesn’t taste good .. salty

   I began rolling extended fasting (7+ days) and noticed quickly I needed to supplement with electrolytes but the flavored options with Stevia caused crazy, bizarre, insatiable cravings. So here I go down the rabbit hole of no artificial sweetened electrolyte replacements… pure madness! I settle on this liquid electrolyte supplement, it was delivered very early next day (maybe 12 hrs after I placed the order), bottle cap taped, packed in box to prevent shifting around and ZERO TASTE (mixed 1 capful) and not even a hint salty chemical flavor detected. We drink water fasting anyways, so why not reconstitute so that there is zero issues to our palates. Absolute home run!!!! Will absolutely make this part of my fasting journey.

   Update: added 2 capfuls … zero taste

   Wow! This is super awesome! I bought this for mom. She was just diagnosed with a rare advanced stage breast cancer and severe lung disease, so she will be having to have surgery and then start chemo and radiation treatments within the next two weeks. Trying to help her anyway I can, I thought about her hydration, I’m kind of a weirdo about making sure people are well hydrated, so I looked into electrolyte helpers. I thought it might help to start out her treatments being balanced, so I came across this. It’s ingredients are: Sodium 281mg, Potassium 350mg, Magnesium 50mg, phosphate, chloride, bicarbonate and sulfate. This is just ideal for her potassium and magnesium deficiencies. I worried over the sugar and dyes in sports drinks not being great for her, and the blandness of water…so this was exactly what I was looking for. It has great reviews and I really liked that it could be added to juice or milk.

   Mom was reluctant to try it. She made me try it first lol we only used water for the first tasting. We weren’t sure if it was just a hyped up product. So, I mix up the cap full in a glass of water, bottoms up! Apparently my face was priceless lol It was like drinking salt with a hint of water! so gross! I couldn’t believe the flavor, BLEH!! so I had my brother immediately drink a glass too…”what are you going on about, there isn’t any saltiness at all?” I couldn’t believe it! So then mom drinks a sip and has the same reaction as me! Bleh!! looks at my brother and asks how he can’t taste that?! hahaha! Later that night I check my emails and read about how the saltiness is the sign of an electrolyte imbalance Lol So, I have been having her drink 2 times everyday, but she drinks it in lemonade, says it is much easier to drink salty. Luckily after about a week,she has said there is no saltiness, and feels a little better. Now she drinks one cap full each day. I have also been drinking it and notice I feel much better and our lips are much less chapped, gums aren’t so red, and our skin feels and looks better, which are just a few areas that show outward signs of dehydration. This has been especially great for my mom. A bonus is that it’s so great for me too who gets too busy at work and forgets to eat and drink as much as I need too until after my shift.

   Cannot recommend this product enough and will be ordering more very soon. I have had all my family members try this, and we all agree this is much better than tablets. While I can appreciate the handiness of the the tablets and still keep them in my purse, I feel like Lyte Balance is simply better. This is not a hyped up product, this is a truly awesome product.

   Also, I was not offered a discount or free product in exchange for an honest review, I am simply a consumer raving about a legit product. Best wishes 🙂

   My cousin turned me on to Lyte Balance a couple years ago and sadly it languished on my shelf. I’d take a cap-full here or there if I wanted to recover from a rough weekend or on a hot day. It was good!

   But when I started my weight loss journey and trying to cure some nasty bloating issues, I *really* discovered the power of Lyte Balance. It went from good to GREAT.

   I started intermittent fasting, and trying to kick my body into ketosis. For whatever reason, I simply don’t enjoy drinking water – but it’s extremely important for fasting. I started popping a couple cap-fulls into my big water jug and noticed quickly – I didn’t get hungry at all. I had an extreme energy level. My bloating ceased within a few weeks. The combination of electrolytes with water is so simple – but so effective.

   I’ve gone from buying a bottle at a time to a case at a time. This product is so much better than the powdered supplements for me because it lets me do fast dosing when I’m on the run – no spoons, just a quick pour into a water jug and fill ‘er up with tap/filtered water – then I’m off to the races. I’m a pretty busy guy, so the convenience factor here with a liquid vs powder makes a ton of difference. It just seems to taste better, too.

   Looking forward to trying the other Lyte Balance products because clearly these guys have some secret sauce that the rest of the industry doesn’t seem to grasp – GREAT stuff and will be telling all my friends who are getting into IF/OMAD or just trying to get keto kicked into gear.

   I have been using Lyte Balance for years. I use it daily not only to hydrate but before colon cleansing procedures, before & after exercising. I especially take it at bedtime to help me sleep. It is salty(like all electrolytes), but I add a bit of juice for flavoring and water. Just a capful mixed with water. Lasts a long time. Good value for the cost. Very effective and I highly recommend this product.

    Tasteless to me but most importantly it’s a clean electrolyte formula. It doesn’t have trace minerals. Trace minerals should never be supplimented. Never take a formula dredged from the bottom of the ocean. Never take anything from the Great Salt lake. The lake is drying up and blowing toxins into the air of SL City why would you want to put that in your water? They don’t pick and choose what you get from all that so you get all the heavy metals and forever chemicals. Use a product like this that has just what you want nothing more.
