This is a very high-quality prenatal multivitamin. I was very impressed with the ingredients compared to other prenatals I’ve taken. It comes in a glass bottle, and I love that it’s organic. My only issue is that it’s so big that it is very difficult to swallow. It takes me 4-5 tries each time, and I often gag badly and almost puke after finally getting it down. The taste is tough when it’s sitting in your mouth for a long time too. Maybe I’ll try blending it up, but it’s not part of my routine to have smoothies, so it will take some extra work to ingest.

These pills are really big, but are packed with good stuff. The only drawback is they have quite a strong smell. Because of that, I don’t see any reason to rate these more than average.

I’ve tried a TON of prenatals and this one is up there with the best ones I’ve had! I love that is has quality, food based ingredients and that you only have to take 1 a day! It also sits well for me even on an empty stomach with no bad aftertaste. I will continue to use these while nursing!

This supplement is top notch as far as ingredients, which is so important when taking any supplement, let alone a prenatal. I love that it’s food based, so you’re not left with low quality synthetic supplements. This is going to be way more absorbable.
The pill itself is larger and pressed. It’s easy enough to take with water. It doesn’t get stuck to your tongue or leave an unpleasant taste in your mouth. It has a standard greens vitamin scent, but not terrible, considering there’s 100% of your daily selenium and that can be super stinky when synthetic.
Overall very pleased with the brand integrity and will order from them for future supplement needs.

These prenatals are high quality and a great value. The taste and smell is very minimal with no bad after taste. I’ve looked into tons of high quality prenatal vitamins is this brand is great. They are on the pricier side but worth the cost as the ingredients are of good quality. I will be using these again in the future. I like that this company uses all clean ingredients and packaging.

I am in awe of how much goodness is packed into this prenatal supplement! Aside from the usual vitamins and minerals found in a prenatal this has a wide variety of health supporting herbs as well. As I’m in the process of preparing my body to conceive I want to make sure I’m getting all the proper nutritional support ahead of time as well as during the pregnancy. I feel good about this Earthfirst product!

I have no complaints about the ingredients in this product or the nutrition you get from it. The amounts of each nutrient are reasonable, unlike some multivitamins that want to give you thousands of times your daily allowance of various things. There are also a whole lot of organic plants included in the vitamins. Again, unlike a lot of products online that claim to be organic, these vitamins actually have the USDA organic seal and are certified organic by CCOF. They are large pills so if you have trouble swallowing larger pills, you may want to rethink these.
My real complaint with these is not the vitamins themselves, but the packaging. I am including a photo of the newly-opened pill bottle. There is approximately 1″ of pills in the bottom of a 3″ tall bottle. You only get 30 pills, but the bottle that they send those pills in could hold at least 60 pills and still be stuffed with cotton at the top. I suppose they don’t sell them that way because fewer people are going to buy vitamins that cost around $70 for a bottle. Still, for a company that says it’s concerned about the environment, it’s a shame that they packaged their vitamins in such a large, unnecessary bottle. I am not basing my rating on price, but I do find the price higher than I would hope. I regularly have to purchase organic, vegan vitamins for members of my family and I know they’re not cheap. Still, at about a dollar a pill or a dollar per day, I think I can do better. They do have a lot of organic fruits and vegetables in them, and I’m sure that adds to the price, but you really are better off just eating the organic broccoli rather than having it processed into pills like these.

This is a high quality food based multivitamin. You don’t have to be pregnant to appreciate it, but this is the only multi-vitamin I would give a pregnant woman. I’m really impressed with the ingredients. My mother remarked that this is the way multi-vitamins used to be in the olden days, before large corporations bought all the natural brands and reformulated them to cheaper ingredients for larger profits…
I appreciate everything about this, even the packaging: the bottle came in a box. The box has all the info on it. Inside the box, the bottle came double sealed for purity and safety. The bottle is made of glass, not plastic. The glass is dark colored, to best preserve the contents and shield them from UV rays. The expiration date on the bottle is the end of January 2026.
The tablets are rather big – see the picture of the tablet juxtaposed with a regular capsule. I just toss the tablet into the blender right alongside my morning protein shake or smoothie.
I feel good taking this multi-vitamin. I know I am putting the best ingredients into my body, ingredients derived from food, not from some lab…
