I’ve been taking these Delicate Detox capsules for a few weeks now, and I have to say, I’m feeling pretty good! At first, I was a bit skeptical about all this detox stuff, but I decided to give it a try. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that they’re veggie-based. So this is nutritional science, “sci” = mind “ence” = knowledge of, and basically what this pill is supposed to do is give you the enzymes that you start to lack in middle age. Which means that the food you eat gets less absorbed aand is less healthy. But by giving your body back the enzymes you retain a more youthful appearance because you are excreting the toxins from the cells in your body at the same rate when you were young and at the same time you are getting the nutrition from food at the same degree as when you were young.
I had actually never heard of Liz Cruz M.D. and I had to look her up real fast to learn about this. But from what I understand this could be an invaluable supplement for me. This branch of science is not studied by Alopathic doctors who only study synthetic chemicals.

I tried taking these one day, after 24 hours it’s still hadn’t worked other than to give me a lot of gas. So I took a second dose and same reaction didn’t seem to work at all. After the third dose and two more days it finally worked a little. I was hoping that meant that it would continue to work over the next few days but it didn’t. There is no way that I’m going to take something over 3 days just to only have it work a little bit. Plus they have to take that many doses for that small of a reaction would just be silly.

I am no stranger to digestive enzymes, but these are some of the best I have ever taken!
I have issues with absorption of nutrients, gas, bloating, and other gastro issues and all of those have been greatly reduced since I started taking these! They are incredibly high quality, and they do exactly as they claim. I have not experienced any side effects, but there is a bit of an adjustment period so keep that in mind. It might get worse before it gets way better!
Ultimately, the more I take these the better I feel!

My wife wanted to try the Dr.Liz Cruz delicate detox pills because she has auto-immune disorders and arthritis and inflammation. These are a few of the ailments this product claims to help.
The pills are easy to swallow and she did not notice any aftertaste. She did experience some bloating while taking this supplement. She did not notice any significant benefit from this product and has experienced numerous eczema flares and has since quit taking this detox product. The supplement just didn’t work for her.
