There was a good seal around the cap, and the seal on top of the bottle was glued on good.
Expiration Date
I could find NO Expiration Date on the bottle anywhere.
Better Memory
This is yet another product that I am grateful improves my memory and mental clarity quite a bit, with other health benefits, and no side effects.
The best things I ever took for my memory, however, were True Focus by NOW Supplements and Liposomal Glutathione. They worked really well.

What Is Vitamin K2 – 7?

I usually lean to really high iu dosage like in 10k range, but these are good for 3,000iu.
They were fairly small capsule too. Like this combination. Really important to take as your body can get all sort of out of whack especially if you’re indoors a lot or don’t drink dairy. Plus side is they claim to be vegan so if you’re into that this would be a good option to select from the many out there.. Arrived doubled sealed and passed my tamper proof 🦭 seal of approval (LoL).

I have a fatty liver and the only vitamin that my doctor tells me to take is D3. Not only because of that, but also because I live in NY and we don’t get anywhere near the amount of sun that some of the other states receive.
When I saw this one that also contains k2, which is supposed to help with the absorption of the d2 I figured that I would give it a try.
Now I’m not going to lie and say that this is some sort of miracle vitamin and it makes me feel amazing. Quite honestly I’ve never felt like vitamins made me feel much different than I normally do.
The only thing that I can go by is that this is GMP & NSF certified so you know that you are getting what is advertised!
I am deducting a star because I prefer the little gel caps compared to these capsules. Also the price seems to be a bit steep. Although it does have K2 and a couple of other things.

Summary: Can’t really tell a difference after a week, but I’ll update if I do. Strange taste though.
Made in: US from imported ingredients. It doesn’t state from where.
Been taking them for about a week and I haven’t noticed a change. I wasn’t taking anything before these for awhile, just to see if I could tell a difference. You don’t typically have a taste with capsules, but these do, so I’m guessing some of the ingredients have ‘dusted’ the pills during packaging. It’s not horrible or strong, but just to make all aware.

I take vitamin d3 for bone health- it helps the body absorb calcium, but needs the vitamin K2 to help deliver the Vitamin D, so I always get a supplement with both vitamins. I also take zinc to boost my immune system. So the fact that this supplement has all 3 in one capsule just saves me time, space and money. You get 90 capsules so it lasts 3 months. Take 1 a day as this has 375% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin D3 and 83% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin K2 (these are both fat soluble vitamins so you don’t want to overdo it).

I found K2, along with D3, makes all the difference. I can tell the difference between D3 products. I took these for a week, and found them to be on par with other good quality K2 D3 pills. I really appreciate both the amber glass bottle and it’s lid – you can just flip open half the top or unscrew it completely. I will use this to refill with my dried garden herbs in the kitchen.
The capsules are on the smaller sized, have no discernible flavor. The one thing I can’t attest to, is the AstraZyme lipid and any health effects. That was a simple internet search.
