I really like this supplement. The ingredients are high quality and it tastes good. It’s nice to have a chewable tablet option for l-methylfolate. On top of all that, the size of the tablet is so small which makes it even easier to take and that’s a huge perk. This is a great supplement and I would definitely recommend.

According to the label the product is a good quality and has sufficient content. The taste was a little off putting to me so rather than letting it dissolve sublingually, I would favor swallowing it. It is such a small pill that it is easy to swallow and its pinkish in color. It did feel like it gave me a mental boost, but need to confirm with more persistent use. Overall a good value.

Methylfolate is a much bio-available form of folic acid which is important to take for people taking certain drugs which deplete this nutrient (such as some RA medicines). Low, depleted levels of folic acid can result in hair loss, and this medication is sometimes prescribed to help in preventing that. I’m not a doctor, but this information has been given to me by a doctor so I trust its authenticity.
This is a 60 day supply since the recommended dosage (on the bottle) is one lozenge per day.
If you have been told that you need to boost your folic acid levels, then this is a good product to purchase; but I would use caution before self medicating, and of course never take any medicine without a doctor’s approval that you are allergic or sensitive to or which might interfere with other medications that you are taking or if you have any counter indicated medical conditions.

I am trying to get more folate in my diet, and this highly bioavailable version seemed promising.
The packing, both cosmetic and safety, are good and it came with a desiccant to prevent caking, which seems to work well even after opening. Rather than a pill, it’s a sublingual tablet you are supposed to dissolve under your tongue or by your cheek. This works pretty well – the cherry flavor isn’t bad, but is a bit artificial, and it dissolves pretty quickly. That being said, I tend to accidentally “lose” the tablet in my mouth and accidentally swallow or chew it, since they are pretty small. Oh well. I think you can just take them as pills if you like, but absorption might be not as good.

I’ve been taking the PlantFusion Vegan High Potency Methylfolate 5-MTHF sublingual lozenges, and I’m pleased with their effectiveness. The small pills dissolve quickly under my tongue, making them easy to take. Following my doctor’s recommendation, I take two lozenges daily to get 1600 mcg of methylfolate. I appreciate that this supplement is vegan-friendly and fast-acting. While I haven’t experienced any adverse effects, I do wish there were more flavor options or a slightly sweeter taste.

First of all, Plant Fusion is a reputable brand. They are probably more well known for their protein powders.
These are small lozenges that have a slight pleasant cherry flavor. You are to allow the lozenge to fully dissolve in your mouth not chew it.
This is designed to help support cardiovascular, brain, and cellular health. This 5-MTHF is the active form of folate so it is more bio available especially if you have the MTHFR mutation.
For me I feel like this has helped me cope with an extremely stressful ongoing event and I feel like this may help with low energy levels.
More is not better with this and probably best to start slow.
Overall I am very pleased with this supplement and will purchase again.
