I have been using these for a few days and so far so good. My doctor recommended a good supplement for bone and joint support so I decided to give this a try. These are easy to swallow and easy to consume. So far so good. I will continue to use as they have good benefits.

I was looking for a multivitamin that also supports bone and joint health. I am currently recovering from many ankle surgeries so I know that keeping up with your health is important so I gave this a try. The supplements are a little big but I still took them there is no taste to them.. I have been taking these for a couple of days and what’s important to me is that I am also taking a bone and joint supplements along with a multivitamin. I have been feeling great since taking these so I think they do help with exercising and eating right. Here’s to your health.

Recommended usage is 3 tablets per day with a meal and a full glass of water. 30 servings per container.
Now that I am a Senior Citizen, these multivitamins from Instaflex got my attention. This multivitamin includes 100% of the daily value of 16 nutrients.
Instaflex makes a lot of different supplements, but look for the green colored label on these multivitamins. These vitamins are priced on the high side but keep in mind that they Instaflex meets CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations and these are made here in the USA with premium ingredients.

Although Instaflex is primarily known for their joint supplements, I was enthusiastic to try their multivitamin. While some multivitamins are simple and aim to just cover the basics, this multivitamin is a 3 pill serving that does a nice job at being more comprehensive. I was impressed to see the good dosages included for each vitamin and mineral as well as the quality, such as using methylated folate and B12. It also seems to cover all the bases, except for vitamin K and iron. The added bonuses such as the antioxidant support blend, lutein, etc are a nice addition. I’m not a huge fan of the fillers used to create the tablet itself and would prefer capsules. But it is a good quality multivitamin overall. The price may be a bit of a hard pill to swallow for some.

Getting old sucks, your joints start to ache more as you exert/exercise more. I am taking this in the hopes of preventing and improving joint health. I have seen this brand on TV commercials and decided to give it a try. I do find it annoying that you have to take 3 pills at a time. After taking this for 2 weeks, I think my knees feel a little better. Hopefully this is not a placebo effect.
