This vitamin is great, but i took off 2 stars because
– the tablet is not coated and a little rough when you take it and
– the tablet is also big which makes it hard to take
I’m a small person and I kind of dread taking the vitamins everyday because of the pain (scratches/scrapes your throat if you are not careful, or not an expert in taking big tabs) and difficulty in taking it and so I skipped a lot of days and 3 years later I still have some left.
I dont feel any nausea or stomach issues when I take it and I feel okay if I take it with or without food in the morning or at night, no side effects whatsoever, and health wise in general I feel ok.
However I ordered this back in 2020 so maybe or hopefully things have changed.
But I also understand if it’s still the same because a single tablet has soooooo much stuff in it which is great but just not ideal for size…..maybe break it up in 2 and take 2 a day?

Very happy with this supplement and the background information which I looked up on the company. I feel that this multi-tablet digested well and my system responded to it well, therefore I am pleased that I can cover so many bases with one supplement product. My regular item was discontinued and I had my doubts about some of the brands that I saw advertised at this price – but this company is a New Jersey based company, all products are manufactured in a cGMP compliant environment, company is registered and FDA inspected facility, 3rd party testing.Website page reads – “Our raw materials undergo NON-GMO testing. Our potencies are always checked using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).” I will shop this brand again.

I love that this multivitamin packs such a powerful punch with all of the vitamins and nutrients, as well as stress support and women’s health supplements. The price can’t be beat, either. I love it. Yes, it turns my urine this very strange yellow color and makes it smell stronger, I researched it and it’s because of the Roboflavin (B-2). It encourages me to drink more water and after I drink lots of water it’s fine. I keep it in the fridge. I get no negative side effects from it. I take it in the morning because if I take it at night I don’t be able to sleep due to the B vitamins in it keeps me energized. I would buy it again because I feel good and I’ve noticed improvements. It also helps with my digestion if I take it in the morning before food with water. I am no longer anemic as well because of it. It is a wonderful product and not overpriced which I really love.
