This is definitely a higher quality multivitamin than the most common brands. It has a substantive amount of the usual vitamins, with non-gmo sourced whole food blend, and some added supplements for the 50+ that relate to memory, brain, and heart health. Two sizable tablets per day, and while not the biggest pills, if you have swallowing issues, they might be a problem. A tiny organic taste even when just swallowing, but makes them seem more natural indeed. While pricey, these do cover a lot of ground, so if you’re taking other brain and heart supplements plus a multivitamin, these can replace both. Well worth the price for quality sourcing and ingredients

These True Grace Daily Men’s Multivitamins are easy to swallow, I don’t get any aftertaste and I have not had any adverse effects from taking them. The True Grace Amazon page says these are third-party independent lab tested, but it doesn’t tell us which lab did the testing. The label says that these were distributed at a Wisconsin address but they don’t tell us where these vitamins were manufactured, which I don’t like. These vitamins are also a bit pricey; you have to take 2 a day, which comes out to about $1.25 per day. Dietary and nutritional supplements do not receive the same regulation as prescription or over-the-counter drugs. Like all consumers, I don’t have a lab to check for harmful levels of contaminants and if the supplements contain the ingredients listed on the label and nothing else, so we have to take their word for it.

This banger is only 2 tablets per day, and they’re notably smaller than the horse pills I’m used to. Each tablet is about the size of my pinky nail and swallows easy with water, with no funky burps or gas afterwards. The high Niacin content (100%) can cause flushing or pinkness for those who are sensitive like me, so I like to take these with a big hearty meal to pad this effect. The calcium is low at 1%, but nothing else can have me complaining. I love that this combines all my handfulls of pills into one easy tablet to cover my full body, especially in levels that are tailored to my age. An absolute game-changer!

The ingredients look great but my husband won’t take them if he cannot be sure that they’re made in the USA. He tried to find more info and was unsuccessful. I have to agree with him, I won’t take anything that isn’t manufactured here and I also want third party testing. Other than that, I researched all of the ingredients and it looks like a very thorough mens vitamin that would be great only needing to take two because now he takes about 5 different ones a day. I wish I could verify the company and where it’s manufactured.

I have been taking these for a couple of weeks. I like them. I think I feel better. Easy to swallow, too. No side effects.

I usually take a big brand name multivitamin for 50 plus men, and I decided to give these a try and I can tell you that I’m very pleased with the results.
For me, I can tell and feel a difference if I miss my multi vitamin for one or two days.
On that note I could tell that not only that I feel just as good but realistically even better than when I took my other brand of multivitamin when taking The true Grace multivitamin.
I would love to keep taking these multivitamins but the only setback for me is the price, for me the prices very high and I know that you get what you pay for but in this case I’m not able to see that the extra ingredients included, and, or the manufacturing process, Lawrence such a high price of almost $40 per bottle of a 60 day supply.
I myself would be willing to pay $20 per bottle for a 60 day supply which is much higher than I pay for other brands for the same supply, but I am an everyday person and I just cannot afford $40 every 60 days for a multivitamin.
Other than that I have zero complaints about the multivitamin and feel very good while taking them.
This is a great multivitamin in my opinion, just overpriced.

These are easy to swallow with no foul taste. As with all multivitamins, it’s often really hard to tell if they’re “working” but it’s nice having the peace of mind that I’m getting a good dose of needed vitamins and minerals above my daily diet. These will stay in my daily regimen.
