This delivers pretty much all necessary vitamins and minerals I look for in a standard multivitamin. But it also has come additional benefits that sets this apart. Firstly it’s time released so the vitamins are released over about 8 hours. This helps with waste, but also helps deliver some of the benefits over time. I typically see this in vitamin C and B vitamins, but can’t say I’ve had time released multivitamins. Another benefit is it’s full spectrum which means they’re natural outing compounds instead of chemically isolated, so it’s more likely to offer the full range of benefits from these vitamins. I also appreciate the addition of Lutein for vision health, and Lycopene for heart health.
All that said, there’s a few thing where this multivitamin falls short. I prefer my multivitamin to deliver 100% daily value for all of its vitamins and minerals. However, vitamin A, D3, K, calcium, and some of the minerals are all below. I can still make up for a lot of that with my eating, but it would be nice if they delivered the full amounts.
I’m also not a fan of taking two pills at once, which of this requires in order to get the full value. Most multivitamins I find are able to pack all the necessary vitamins and minerals into a single pill, so I’m surprised this requires two. That also cuts the overall value compared to cost in half. Even though this is a 60 count bottle, to a day means it only last for a month.
So weigh up the pros and cons, I do feel this is a quality multivitamin for adults with all things considered.

I had been taking a multivitamin, but switched to this one for the eye benefits. I have surprisingly seen an improvement in nail health. I’m 70 & my nails had been splitting & crumbling. They are now strong again, & this is the only thing that changed!
Also less expensive, easier to swallow, & fewer pills required daily!

Not something I want to put into m body. And them not using safer, natural color doesn’t give me much confidence about the overall quality of their product.

These are not FDA approved vitamins. They are manufactured in Taiwan. Hopefully they are safe. I have been taking them for a week and have not experienced any adverse effects. That I know of.

This is my second bottle. Easy to swallow! Gives me energy throughout my day, and has lutein added. And no B vitamin after taste!

As of the time of this review, I’ve gone through exactly one of the two bottles I received.
So far I’ve enjoyed using them. I take them with my nighttime medication before bed.
As far as it goes, they are smaller than some of my prescription pills. They’re easy to swallow too, and leave no weird aftertaste or gross burping afterwards. Looking at the formula, they seem pretty consistent and comparable to the store brand and name brand multivitamins I’ve used before.
I like the fact that they’re a timed release formula too.
If you don’t already have a multivitamin you’re sticking with, then these are definitely worth giving a try.
