I love this prenatal. I started taking it 3 months before we tried for a baby. I continued to take it for 2 months after we conceived (on the first try!). I love it. I never felt sick taking it, even on an empty stomach. In fact, first thing after waking up I almost craved taking this vitamin before doing anything else. I also love there is NO Soy in this product! I only decided to change to the Ultra Prenatal by Nautres Plus because the ultra containes 36mg of iron, and this one only has 18mg. 18mg or iron is the daily recommended dose for average women. My doctor ssaid I pregnant women need at least 30mg. So while you can get the extra iron through food, my doctor just prefered that I take a prenatal with at least 30mg or more.

I settled on these with my second and third pregnancies after trying all the things with my first.
I did a ton of research and ingredient comparison, and was happiest with the contents of these. I was looking specifically for a good amount of folate (not folic acid), and this fit the bill.
I’m typically very very sick for most of the pregnancy, and these vitamins did not make it worse. I had no trouble keeping them down when I took them by themselves, without my other supplements, which WERE causing more nausea.
They’re good sized pills, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, that might be an issue for you, but I had no trouble.

I’ve been taking this for over a year. I took it during pregnancy and now whilst breastfeeding. Yes it does turn your wee really yellow but that’s just the extra vitamin a (I think!) this is easy in the stomach compared to pregnacare and it’s got all the good stuff in it. 10/10

When I ran out of prenatal vitamins and needed to find new ones, it turned into a harder task than I thought. I came to amazon in search of something that had the ingredients I was looking for and quickly came across these. I was a bit skeptical to order them because lets be honest, no new medicines are fun to try. I decided to order them anyway and I’m so glad I did. When they arrived I couldn’t wait to open the bottle and ‘check them out’. The pills are pretty average size for vitamins and even though I hate taking pills they aren’t too bad. I absolutely love that there is no after taste with these like with my others and your not burping hours later, which is horrible when pregnant. Another amazing bonus is that they don’t make me sick, or should I say any sicker than I normally am, which is amazing. As someone who is regularly sick(pregnancy) and has a sensitive stomach(non pregnant) it was so nice to find something with everything I needed in it that didn’t make me sick. Now the one down fall of these is that these do not smell pleasant, at all. However as long as you don’t smell into the container(like I did), you won’t notice it. The price is very reasonable especially considering the larger bottle last a few months. I’m so glad I found these and they work well with me. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and I will be reordering them when I do run out. If your looking for something with real ingredients that wont make you sick, at least in my experience, this is definitely one to try.

I know this is a prenatal multivitamin but I am using it even if I’m not pregnant. I had been for years. You only need to take two tabs a day with a meal so it’s very convenient. It gives me the right amount of support and energy, it contains great ingredients to help with hair skin and nails and there are no side effects. It’s food-based so it’s easy to digest and it comes from a very reputable brand. I highly recommended

My doctor has recommended that I take various supplements to assist with leg cramps and migraines, plus I am concerned about whether I am getting enough calcium generally. These multivitamins have everything I’m supposed to take, plus are vegetarian, which can be very hard to come by. They seem to be working, although I’m not sure how to gauge that directly.
Regarding the features of value, ease of swallowing, and flavor–this was the best value when I was comparing prices. I don’t have a problem with this sized tablet-it is on the larger side, but I’ve had multivitamins that were larger. I don’t tend to hold them in my mouth long enough to get much of a sense of what the flavor is.
