Gummies has to be the best way to take you supplements, and this one is no different. It has a decent strawberry flavor that is easy to take. It comes with 60 gummies and taking 2 is a bit overkill in my opinion, so I just take one a day, and there is still a ton of Biotin. Taking only one also makes this a great value with a 2 months supply. Great Product!

I’m also using biotin shampoo so it’s hard, even harder than usual with supplements like these, to tell how much of an effect it’s having – so I’ll review these as if they didn’t have any effect at all
I like how these gummies are not too sweet but do taste of strawberries, and that the sugar used is actual cane sugar, not some sugar-free alternative, and that the color is from carrots, not artificial dyes

I have tried a couple of different biotin brands, and by far this is the tastiest and best textured one. I also like that it has a pretty high biotin to gummy ratio.
The growth rate of my fingernails has increased in a noticeable manner. I used to think biotin was a pharmacy and cosmetics cop out, but no its all true. Especially for this brand. I will say you kind of have to pay out for this brand, but I don’t hate it because they’re punchy in flavor and nice to chew.

First off, the gummies are tasty treat for having 10,000 mcg of healthy Biotin. The other things I like is that it does not contain erythritol, no artificial colors, and no artificial flavors. What I don’t like is that it contains dextrose, which could be derived from GMO corn. To be clear, I don’t know if it is or isn’t, because it does not state non-GMO anywhere on the bottle or their website. I know this is a reputable company, and I would appreciate this supplement so much more if they sweetened it with only Stevia. It does contain 3g of sugar per two gummies. I know it’s not much sugar, but no sugar would be the best. One bottle will last one month. It’s also free of gluten, dairy, soy, it’s vegan, and Manufactured in the USA.

Biotin is supposed to be good for your skin, hair, and nails. I have heard stories about people seeing good effect of new hair growth after taking biotin for a few months. This supplement contains good amount of biotin and should be able to provide all the benefits. I have finished the whole bottle of these gummies (about a month’s supply), and did not notice any wow effect, but I know these things usually take longer. The gummies were yummy, and the consistency was good – not too chewy or mushy. The gummies also did not stick together or to the bottle. Overall, it’s a good option if you are looking for biotin supplement. The gummies are easier to remember to take regularly, and they can be a good option if you are craving a little bit of something sweet after dinner.
