This is my first time taking the folic acid, but I have been taking (Pureway C) vitamin C that this company has for months now.
I took the folic acid today and it was very easy to swallow. I need to take it as a supplement to an arthritis medications currently taking. I also need it to be kosher as well. Thanks!

After doing a lot of research about what is healthy, safe, and beneficial for pregnancy i chose this supplement. I have had for about a month now. My main goal was to buy something to help promote healthy dna, and control mood swing behavior the most natural way I could. After speaking to my doctor about this he assured me this would be an excellent choice. I take this along with my other prenatal vitamins, and other daily meds. I have had no negative symptoms so far. The pill is tolerable, easy to swallow and a little smaller than most vitamins. I do make sure to eat before i take it as i am sensitive to vitamins on an empty stomach.

So, I’m 28 years old and decided to start taking this. I’m at a point where I don’t have children, although it’s not likely that I will it’s still a possibility so taking a natural form of folic acid keeps me at peace a bit. I also have been having hormone and stress based depressive spells. I have adult acne. I’m very athletic but I don’t take the best care of myself. So far the methylfolate has been helping greatly as an addition to and assisting with the medication needed and taken daily. The side effect of medication is tiredness, however the methylfolate has helped not being so tired.
