This Focus Shots with Trilogine Variety pack, has 3 different flavors. The one I tried so far nice ok. They do give you a Jumpstart. I would recommend this product.

Focus Shots with Trilogine 24 count Variety Pack came with a Box of 12 Blackberry & 12 Lemon/lime Flavored 1.93 fl oz Energy shots. They are very sweet tasting but go down fast so taste is not a issue for me. They are marketed as a Pre-workout Energy shot with 200 mg caffeine , Vitamin 40mg B6 & 500mcg B12, 30mg Niacin and 7mg Magnesium Glycinate (TRILOGINE) I was disappointed that the Box & bottles lack any Calorie, sugar and Carb Facts. These Contain Artificial Sweetener Sucralose that I try to avoid because it tends to spike my blood Glucose level. These seem on par with Other Energy shots I have tried in the past.

So what is Trilogine™? I couldn’t find any information online about it, but under the supplemental facts it is listed as a form of Magnesium Glycinate. If there is anything that distinguishes Trilogine™ from standard Magnesium Glycinate, it would be helpful if the seller included that in the item description.
I tried the Focus energy shots in the Blackberry and Lemon/Lime flavors. I am happy with the taste of both of these flavors, although I would not drink these shots just for the flavor. They are both sweet. The Lemon/Lime actually has more of a lime flavor in my opinion, and the Blackberry flavor has a berry flavor.
Each bottle has 200 mg of caffeine, which packs a punch. These little shot bottles re-seal well, so I will typically consume half a bottle and save the remainder for later. The package says to use or discard within 72 hours of opening, and that refrigeration is not required.
The package cautions against the consumption of excess caffeine. I try to limit my total consumption of caffeine to 400 mg per day, but not for any of the reasons listed on the package (“nervousness, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heartbeat”). I am more concerned about the long term effects of excess caffeine on bone health.
These shots also contain B-vitamins (Niacin, B6, and B12), which I also like to supplement.
For those of you paying attention to your sweeteners, these Focus Shots are sweetened with Sucralose. Although Sucralose is generally considered safe in moderation by most regulatory agencies, I prefer Monk Fruit or Stevia sweetened products.

I have used these shots several times before workouts. I feel the effect of the caffeine, but I didn’t feel noticeably more focused after taking these. Both flavors (blackberry and lemon-lime) were quite good. The one thing I have some issue with is the ingredient “Trilogene”. I googled it, but I couldn’t find anything other than these energy/focus shots in my search. I am assuming, based on the ingredient list, that Trilogene is some (special?) form of magnesium glycinate. But why call it Trilogene? Why not just call it magnesium glycinate? In addition, these shots are pricey compared to other focus/energy shots, at over $2 per shot. Overall, I am not terribly impressed with these shots and will continue to use the energy drinks that work best for me.

I’ve been using Focus Shots during my workouts and high-pressure moments, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. The energy boost kicks in quickly, and the added focus helps me stay locked in, whether I’m at the gym or tackling a big task. I love that it’s sugar-free, so I don’t have to worry about crashing later. The small size makes it super convenient to carry in my gym bag or pocket, and it’s easy to take on the go.
What could be improved: I’d love to see more flavor options for variety, but the current one works just fine.

This is an energy boost shot similar to 5-hour energy but with a couple unique aspects. The Trilogine seems to be the differential advantage here—Trilogine being Magnesium glycinate from what I can tell. It has a bonkers amount of B12 and a little less of B6 along with the 200 mg of caffeine. This stuff definitely works and it’s incredibly potent. I’ve made one bottle last for 3 days already and I’m not even done with it. The flavor is potent too. They use sucralose to sweeten and that’s not the healthiest, but it’s not horrible. I would prefer stevia.
I imagine it’s a pretty horrible withdrawals if you take a whole bottle but I haven’t noticed any ill effects taking 1/5th of a bottle in the morning.

I hate to give these only four stars, because I really did like them, but at almost $2.50 a piece, the cost just seemed a little steep to me. If the price doesn’t bother you, they do work and have a decent taste.
Recommended, with only mild hesitation due to the price.

The taste of the Sucralose was way too strong, it was a one and done for me. It similar to 5hr energy, so if you like those, you might be able to stomach these, but I can’t get past to the taste.
