Happy to recommend this 60 day supplement from the FORTINEX Store. Each capsule contains Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 Plus, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, MCT, Resveratrol, NADH, and CoEnzyme Q10. It’s essentially an all in one for what typically takes me 3 different capsules. I like that it’s non-GMO. the capsules are easily swallowed with a gulp of water. Screw-type lid was easy to open and came in with a security seal.

This is the best supplement that I take. It has a bevy of anti oxidants that help me feel better every day. The D3 is supported by K2 which helps in absorption. In addition, this supplement has resveratrol, Co-Q10, vitamin E and C. The NAD+ is an added cell helper that fits in with the rest of the anti oxidants. It is gluten free and non-GMO so I feel there is added care in how it was formulated.

I usually take my supplements individually, but this one has so many of the ones I take daily all included in one capsule. Though the potency is not as high as the ones I usually take, I am satisfied with what this offers. I travel a lot and this is perfect for my needs. I no longer have to take ten bottles, when this one will cover my needs. I use it when I am away from home. It is very convenient and I do get a decent amount of mgs of each supplement.

This Fortinex by Optimal Laboratories looks to have good ingredients in it. Since I am currently taking most of the supplements contained in these, I thought I would try it in a single capsule form.
The bottle comes double sealed for protection. Unfortunately when I opened the bottle there was a huge piece of cotton filling up more than 3/4 of the container. That is a huge waste of plastic.
Opening one capsule, I sampled the product with my finger and could taste the tartness of the vitamin C, but nothing else.
There was exactly 60 capsules counted.
A little research on the company shows it was started in 2013 by VIJAV VAD, M.D. and employs various medical professionals in the development of their products. They maintain a website with a wealth of information not only on their products, but also the people involved in product development.
The product claims to be made in the USA.
I Googled the address on the bottle and also their headquarters address I found on the web. The bottle address is a PO Box at a USPS post office in NYC and the headquarters is a compounding pharmacy on the corner of 1st Ave and 70th St in NYC.
Pay attention to the quantity of each ingredient contained in one capsule to make sure it is adequate for your particular needs.

When it comes to supplements you usually have to take them for a while before you see any noticeable effects if at all, Fortinex Vitamin D3 contains a mixture of supplements that are deemed to be beneficial. I like the mix of ingredients and decided I wanted to try it versus taking each supplement separately.
I did a little research on the lab that produces it and their reviews are good, it’s been evaluated by a third-party lab so that offers more reassurance of quality. I looked at the capsules and they all seemed to be uniform, with no under-filled capsules, and the bottle contained the specified amount of capsules.
I am going to continue to take them for a while since I haven’t had any negative reactions. The ingredients are all safe and beneficial but I’m not sure some of the ingredients are strong enough to contribute to your health.

The Fortune Stay Active Vitamin D supplement is a great combination jam packed with Vitamin C,D,E,K with MCT Reservatrol, Nicotinimaide, CoQ10! All that in a small easy to swallow capsule. Only 1 day is so much more convenient than a fist full of supplements a la carte. Capsules look fresh and odorless in a dark plastic bottle with safety seal and an expiration date over 2 years away. Made in the USA this is my new favorite.

There are many low doses of vitamins and other ingredients here. It is primarily a supplement with adequate dosage amounts for vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin K. All other ingredients in this supplement are on the low side to be very beneficial. It does include vitamin C, 50mg, vitamin D, 62.5mcg, vitamin E, 15mg, goMCT 40mg, Resveratrol, 30mg, NADH, 10mg, CoQ10, 10mg and vitamin K, 100mcg. It does have a lot of other unnecessary ingredients and fillers in it like rice flour and more. It does say made in the USA from many Globally sourced materials. Also, in my opinion, this supplement is priced on the high side for the actual dosages you derive on many of these ingredients. For these reasons I’m giving 3 Stars to this supplement.

This is a good addition to my daily calcium regimen. I like that it has the daily requirement for vitamin D and vitamin E. It also has vitamin K as mq7, coenzyme Q10, Resveratrol, MCT from coconut fruit and NADH. There’s not a daily value established for the last five, but from the little bit of research I’ve done this combination of ingredients helps the calcium absorb into your bones where they should be.
I like that this is a 60-day supply and that it is made in the USA, using globally sourced ingredients. I’ve been taking this for close to a month with no negative reactions. I won’t know until I have my next DEXA scan whether this worked or not, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to try. The price is reasonable for a 60-day supply, and it keeps me from having to purchase all of the ingredients individually.
For the price, it’s definitely worth a try.
