Be absolutely sure you’re not allergic to black pepper before taking. Product put me into anaphylaxis. I didn’t know I was allergic to pepper until now. It’s been a miserable week and still have rashes, blisters, and misery. Antihistamines and cortisone injection just barely giving miniscule relief.

There is a lot of conflicting information out there regarding these vitamins. From what I understand as a total nutritional layman, since the K2 mitigates the calcification effects of D3 on the arteries getting these two together should be a good thing. If these were the only two vitamins in these capsules then I would be good to go but this also has a lot of calcium which doesn’t fit well with what I get in my multivitamin.
I am totally still learning what I can and have been trying to get my ratios right on all these vitamins and supplements for my specific health needs. What I determined is that the high levels of calcium in these capsules don’t balance with the small amount of magnesium in my diet and the calcium I get with my multi. For this reason, I decided to discontinue use, but I would certainly recommended for someone who has received a recommendation for more calcium from their doctor.
In conclusion, it may not be for me, but I’m sure that it would be great for somebody out there.

I’ve been taking this supplement by Doctor Safe for a month now and it’s been fine with no issues. Vitamins D and K are what I take regularly. The Bioperine and Calcium are nice extras. The capsules have a powdery coating on them and I assume that’s from the filling of calcium into them. They are easy to swallow and have no taste. They are made in the USA and seems to be a good product.
