The Sulphur smell is STRONG when you first open it. I thought there was no way this could be normal and even had to contact them and ask if it was normal… they said it was due to sulphur or something like that.
I leave the bottle OPEN in the cupboard. It’s been months and I still keep it open actually. I am able to take them now as long as I take with something flavored.

I bought this to boost my energy level after my workouts and ease any muscle fatigue I may have.It took me roughly 10 days to 2 weeks to notice a difference, but my endurance has definitely increased and my fatigue has significantly decreased. I like the fact it has occurred gradually instead of the “high” feeling you get from an extra dose of caffeine, for example. I physically feel and look better and my workouts and recovery are definitely improved. the only complaint I have is the scent of the pills when you open the bottle….just a little on the odorous side. 🙂 Thank you so much for a great product!

If you regularly supplement with targeted amino acids for body building or other purposes (i.e. using targeted aminos like l-cysteine, l-arginine, l-tryptophan, etc.), it’s a very good idea to periodically supplement with a well-rounded amino supplement like this to fill in the gaps and keep your body’s natural homeostasis systems in balance. Because targeted aminos, helpful as they are, have a tendancy to cause depletions in other amino acids (which are all consituents of protein) when you oversupply one specific amino acid over an extended period of time. Supplementing with a broad spectrum amino acid supplement like this one helps counteract this effect. This is a high-quality supplement at a great price; Country Life is one of my favorite, trusted brands & I find these help keep energy levels up and skin healthy. This is also a great supplement for older people who might not follow a healthy/well-rounded diet or who suffer from low appetite. Highly recommended!

Everyone tells me I should take these as I’m training at the gym. These were well reviewed, and at a good price. They seem to work, I have good energy and am making gains, but of course without a battery of tests from a doctor, there’s no way of telling. Still, the science behind them is good, I trust this brand, and no bits of me have fallen off since I started using them, so I consider I’m doing the right thing 🙂

Excellent product – I used this when getting back from India to increase the amino acids in my body. I was reading this wonderful book: Are You Getting Enlightened or Losing Your Mind?: A Spiritual Program for Mental Fitness about Kundalini Syndrome and it says that when you are around exceptionally high energy people, places, etc (like the temple I visited in India), it helps a lot to ground with protein in your diet. The issue is that protein is scarce in most rural parts of India, so on my next trip to India, this one is coming with me. After 12 days of little protein, I felt a significant difference in my body and mental stability. This supplement got my feet right back on the ground.
