These are BY FAR the best tasting creatine gummies out there. The only problem is they give a “30 day supply” however the serving size is only 3g. Serving size should be 5g so they are skimping on how many gummies are actually in there. In reality this is only an 18 day supply for an average size person and a 9 day supply for a big dude (200lb+)

Even the yummiest gummies are kind of small and tend to not last as long as one would probably like. It is telling that their flavor outlasts their structure. These gummies have a little more life in them and are about the size of two gummy bears side by side with a little extra. The flavor is not overwhelming but it is also not so inoffensive that it satisfies no one. My favorite thing is that there isn’t a trace, not a single one, of the standard, elementary school chalk, flavor of creatine powder. I look forward to every dose of creatine because the flavor is great, the texture and the mouthfeel are very satisfying, and I get to chew on them for a bit longer than most of the other gummies I have had over the years, even those whose flavor is so excellent that they are, except for the supplement within, essentially candy. Not necessarily in terms of sugar, just in the sense of a treat for a human. These gummies are made in the USA, are vegan and third party lab verified, one could hardly ask for more. When coupled with an entirely reasonable price, these gummies are a great value because they allow you to eat super clean without being hungry or so loaded with chromium that one is shiny and gain mass at the same time. I have been taking creatine supplements on and off –mostly, on but sometimes, life happens– since circa 1997. That means that I can definitely say that it works and it is safe but it also means that, at one time, I paid such a price for creatine that the price for these gummies can be regarded as an absolute steal. I want to eat much cleaner and stay leaner year round and these gummies, I am certain, are going to help me get there.
One last thing: something that I really appreciate is that there are no vanity ingredients here, you get what you asked for and nothing that means that you cannot eat an extra gummy or two –3g is such a small amount of creatine compared to the once standard loading dose– here and there and keep the cravings at bay for just a little while longer. Still, if I was going to do the whole loading dose thing again, I would much rather do it with gummies than with a chalky powder and these gummies would be perfect, I’d become addicted to them!
